【摘要】：作為互聯(lián)網(wǎng)最基礎(chǔ)的應用之一,電子郵件的廣泛使用使其占據(jù)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)總量的三分之一左右。隨著應用的增多,垃圾郵件數(shù)量的增長也非常迅速,網(wǎng)民每周收到的垃圾郵件占總郵件量的三分之二還多。近幾年來,為應對垃圾郵件愈禁愈多的情況,眾多研究人員提出了多種有效判別垃圾郵件的解決方案,但隨著實際情況的變化,垃圾郵件發(fā)送形式和方法不斷演進,各類技術(shù)總是無法長期發(fā)揮作用。本文總結(jié)了現(xiàn)有垃圾郵件判別技術(shù),重點分析了郵件用戶關(guān)系行為,在現(xiàn)有基于行為解析的垃圾郵件判別技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,歸納出郵件用戶關(guān)系行為網(wǎng)絡社區(qū)概念。根據(jù)郵件用戶之間的關(guān)系,建立郵件用戶關(guān)系行為網(wǎng)絡,利用復雜網(wǎng)絡社區(qū)劃分算法劃分用戶關(guān)系社區(qū),然后把這些用戶關(guān)系社區(qū)應用于實際的垃圾郵件判別。本文在研究現(xiàn)有行為識別技術(shù)的過程中,把郵件通信行為網(wǎng)絡看成是人際關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡范疇,該判別機制的關(guān)鍵在于用戶關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡的社區(qū)劃分。為此,引入快速Newman算法(簡稱FN算法)、CPM (Clique Percolation Method)算法和基于節(jié)點聯(lián)系算法,建立對比社區(qū)劃分機制,以獲得最優(yōu)劃分。將建立的用戶關(guān)系社區(qū)劃分機制的具體模型應用到反垃圾郵件領(lǐng)域中,提高了垃圾郵件的識別精度和處理速度。為了提升判別機制的準確度,對通過用戶關(guān)系行為社區(qū)識別出的可疑郵件采取進一步的判別,引入了分類回歸樹算法(CART),根據(jù)前期郵件頭數(shù)據(jù)處理獲得郵件行為特征數(shù)據(jù),對照正常郵件行為進行多重判別。經(jīng)過系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)驗證,結(jié)合測試數(shù)據(jù)的反饋結(jié)果證明,基于用戶關(guān)系行為的垃圾郵件判別機制的設(shè)計是合理有效的,不僅減輕了郵件服務器的過濾負載,而且具有較高的準確率和很好的召回率。
[Abstract]:As one of the most basic applications of the Internet, email accounts for about 1/3 of the Internet data.With the increasing number of applications, the number of spam is also growing rapidly, and the amount of spam received by netizens accounts for more than 2/3 of the total number of emails each week.In recent years, in order to deal with the increasing number of spam, many researchers have put forward a variety of effective spam discrimination solutions, but with the change of the actual situation, the form and method of spam sending has been evolving.Technologies of all kinds can never work for a long time.This paper summarizes the existing spam discrimination technology, analyzes the email user relationship behavior, and summarizes the concept of email user relationship behavior network community on the basis of the existing spam discrimination technology based on behavior analysis.According to the relationship between email users, the behavior network of email user relationship is established, and the user relationship community is divided into user relationship communities by using complex network community partitioning algorithm, and then these user relationship communities are applied to the actual spam discrimination.In the course of studying the existing behavior recognition technology, this paper regards the mail communication behavior network as the category of interpersonal relationship network, and the key of this discriminant mechanism lies in the community division of the user relationship network.In order to obtain the optimal partition, the fast Newman algorithm and the node connection based algorithm are introduced in this paper.The specific model of user relationship community partitioning mechanism is applied to the anti-spam field, which improves the identification accuracy and processing speed of spam.In order to improve the accuracy of the discriminant mechanism, the classification and regression tree algorithm is introduced to obtain the characteristic data of mail behavior according to the pre-email header data processing.Compare the normal mail behavior with multiple discriminations.Through the verification of the system and the feedback result of the test data, it is proved that the design of the spam discriminant mechanism based on the user relationship behavior is reasonable and effective, and not only reduces the filtering load of the mail server, but also reduces the filtering load of the mail server.And has the high accuracy and the very good recall rate.
