【摘要】：針對云制造環(huán)境下的云服務優(yōu)選問題,提出一種基于質(zhì)量評價及制造需求匹配的制造設備云服務選擇方法。在功能匹配的基礎上,根據(jù)用戶的價格和時間需求對制造設備云服務進行篩選,形成候選服務集,并將物流云服務納入篩選的依據(jù);隨后采用主觀評價和云制造平臺客觀評價相結(jié)合的方法評估云服務的質(zhì)量,并根據(jù)綜合評價結(jié)果從候選服務集中選擇合適的制造設備云服務及其對應的物流云服務。實例分析表明,該方法能夠提高制造設備云服務選擇的有效性,并實現(xiàn)對云服務價格的動態(tài)管理。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of cloud service selection in cloud manufacturing environment, a cloud service selection method for manufacturing equipment based on quality evaluation and manufacturing requirement matching is proposed. According to the user's price and time demand, the cloud service of manufacturing equipment is screened, and the candidate service set is formed, and the logistics cloud service is brought into the basis of screening. Then the method of combining subjective evaluation with objective evaluation of cloud manufacturing platform is used to evaluate the quality of cloud service. According to the comprehensive evaluation results, the suitable cloud service of manufacturing equipment and its corresponding logistics cloud service are selected from the candidate service set. The analysis of an example shows that the method can improve the effectiveness of cloud service selection of manufacturing equipment. And realize the dynamic management of cloud service price.
