【摘要】：醫(yī)療技術(shù)準(zhǔn)入評估是政府對醫(yī)療技術(shù)管控的重要環(huán)節(jié),在評估工作中引入信息化服務(wù),可使評估工作更具有時效性、透明化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化,構(gòu)建評估服務(wù)平臺在評估工作有重要意義。闡述了基于已有指標(biāo)體系的在線評估的業(yè)務(wù)邏輯和組織流程,為評估數(shù)據(jù)的分析和挖掘提出基本分析和高級分析的數(shù)據(jù)分析模式,接著從技術(shù)的角度介紹了系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)及架構(gòu)模式,最后從數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計、角色權(quán)限設(shè)計、評估界面生成及系統(tǒng)安全等幾方面重點探討系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn)過程。這為政府和相關(guān)的職能部門客觀、科學(xué)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的評估醫(yī)療技術(shù)準(zhǔn)入提供了專業(yè)的實踐平臺,為評估中各種技術(shù)的"不確定性"提供更多的參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The assessment of medical technology access is an important link for the government to control medical technology. The introduction of information services in the evaluation work can make the evaluation work more timely, transparent and standardized. The construction of evaluation service platform is of great significance in the evaluation work. The business logic and organization flow of online evaluation based on the existing index system are expounded, and the data analysis models of basic analysis and advanced analysis are put forward for the analysis and mining of evaluation data. Then it introduces the key technology and architecture mode of the system from the technical point of view, finally, from the database design, the role permission design, The realization process of the system is discussed in several aspects, such as the generation of the evaluation interface and the system security. This provides a professional practical platform for the government and related functional departments to evaluate the access of medical technology objectively, scientifically and standardized. It provides more references for evaluating the uncertainty of various technologies.
