【摘要】：隨著生產(chǎn)力的飛速發(fā)展，人們逐漸提出了對產(chǎn)品及服務(wù)質(zhì)量的需求，質(zhì)量管理已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)一項不可或缺的管理活動；同時，由于計算機技術(shù)及其網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的高速進步，，基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的質(zhì)量管理勢在必行。日本、美國的質(zhì)量管理水平處于國際領(lǐng)先水準(zhǔn)，而正是由于較早及高度給予質(zhì)量管理重視，日本才能在二戰(zhàn)以后迅速復(fù)蘇并躋身世界強國。我國引入質(zhì)量管理相對較晚，目前在質(zhì)量管理水平上處于相對落后狀態(tài)，相信屢次出現(xiàn)的質(zhì)量問題必能給國內(nèi)企業(yè)敲響警鐘并全面掀起質(zhì)量管理的浪潮！ 本文從構(gòu)建質(zhì)量管理網(wǎng)絡(luò)入手，開發(fā)了一套基于W5100的串口轉(zhuǎn)以太網(wǎng)模塊，即本文詳細(xì)介紹的網(wǎng)絡(luò)集中器。網(wǎng)絡(luò)集中器通過四路串口接收測量數(shù)據(jù)并按照特定需求將測量數(shù)據(jù)處理為質(zhì)量信息進行存儲及轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)，同時給出了基于該網(wǎng)絡(luò)集中器的企業(yè)內(nèi)部質(zhì)量管理網(wǎng)絡(luò)架構(gòu)，為工業(yè)現(xiàn)場大量存在的以RS232/RS485作為通信接口的測量儀器組建質(zhì)量管理網(wǎng)絡(luò)提供了一種解決方案。 同時，筆者為網(wǎng)絡(luò)集中器開發(fā)了相對完整的上位機程序：參數(shù)配置軟件為用戶的使用提供便利；TCP/IP網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)據(jù)收集軟件進行了質(zhì)量信息的excel及AQDEF文件格式的存儲，方便了后續(xù)質(zhì)量信息分析與管理；AQDEF文件格式轉(zhuǎn)換與存儲軟件則可以方便用戶直接使用Q-DAS質(zhì)量管理軟件，同時也為本系統(tǒng)提供可靠地數(shù)據(jù)格式支持；質(zhì)量信息分析與管理軟件可以實時地對制程進行監(jiān)控，實現(xiàn)了簡單地質(zhì)量管理功能。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of productivity, people gradually put forward the demand for the quality of products and services, quality management has become an indispensable management activity of enterprises, at the same time, because of the rapid progress of computer technology and network technology, Quality management based on network is imperative. The quality management level in Japan and the United States is in the leading level in the world, and it is precisely due to the early and high attention to quality management. Only after World War II can Japan recover rapidly and become a world power. China introduced quality management relatively late and is relatively backward in quality management at present. I believe that the repeated quality problems will be able to ring the alarm bell for domestic enterprises and set off a wave of quality management! Starting with the construction of quality management network, a serial port to Ethernet module based on W5100 is developed in this paper. That is the network concentrator, which is introduced in detail in this paper. The network concentrator receives the measurement data through four serial ports and processes the measurement data as quality information to store and forward according to the specific requirements. At the same time, the internal quality management network architecture based on the network concentrator is presented, which provides a solution for the establishment of the quality management network based on the measurement instruments with RS232/RS485 as the communication interface in the industrial field. At the same time, the author has developed a relatively complete host computer program for the network concentrator: parameter configuration software provides convenience for users to use the TCP / IP network data collection software to store quality information in excel and AQDEF file format. It is convenient for the subsequent quality information analysis and management to convert and store the file format of AQDEF, which is convenient for users to use the Q-DAS quality management software directly, and also provides reliable data format support for the system. The quality information analysis and management software can monitor the process in real time and realize the simple quality management function.
