軟件定義網(wǎng)絡(luò)(SDN)數(shù)據(jù)平面帶狀態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的快速發(fā)展帶來(lái)了巨大經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)效益,同時(shí)也面臨著許多重大的技術(shù)挑戰(zhàn),互聯(lián)網(wǎng)在可擴(kuò)展性、移動(dòng)性、服務(wù)質(zhì)量、安全性等方面遇到越來(lái)越多的問(wèn)題。在此背景下,一種新型改進(jìn)方案——軟件定義網(wǎng)絡(luò)(SDN)被提出,該技術(shù)試圖通過(guò)重新設(shè)計(jì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)體系結(jié)構(gòu),從根本上解決現(xiàn)有互聯(lián)網(wǎng)面臨的各種問(wèn)題。作為SDN代表技術(shù),Open Flow協(xié)議數(shù)控分離、集中控制的機(jī)制提高了網(wǎng)絡(luò)的可編程性和靈活性,然而Open Flow流表簡(jiǎn)單的“匹配+轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)”的處理范式對(duì)于支持復(fù)雜的網(wǎng)絡(luò)功能也帶來(lái)了較大的局限性。Open Flow交換機(jī)只能提供對(duì)報(bào)文的匹配處理功能,不能支持對(duì)狀態(tài)信息的處理,其數(shù)據(jù)平面表達(dá)能力不足,可編程性不強(qiáng)。針對(duì)Open Flow協(xié)議的局限性,本文在在國(guó)際上首次提出了一種SDN數(shù)據(jù)平面帶狀態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)技術(shù),設(shè)計(jì)了數(shù)據(jù)平面帶狀態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)抽象架構(gòu)SDPA,基于SDPA架構(gòu)開(kāi)發(fā)了軟件原型系統(tǒng)、動(dòng)態(tài)可配置硬件系統(tǒng)及多種應(yīng)用,設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了一種基于SDPA硬件和NFV結(jié)合支持網(wǎng)絡(luò)功能的架構(gòu)Hi PPA,進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)了網(wǎng)絡(luò)的可編程性、靈活性和處理性能。本文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容和貢獻(xiàn)如下:1.基于形式化方法提出了一種SDN數(shù)據(jù)平面轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)抽象模型,首次提出“匹配+狀態(tài)+動(dòng)作”的數(shù)據(jù)平面帶狀態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)處理范式SFA。通過(guò)對(duì)SDN本質(zhì)屬性進(jìn)行抽象和描述,進(jìn)一步指出SDN網(wǎng)絡(luò)的本質(zhì)特征。2.首次提出了一種SDN數(shù)據(jù)平面帶狀態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)抽象構(gòu)架SDPA,并開(kāi)發(fā)SDPA軟件交換機(jī)及多種應(yīng)用。通過(guò)在數(shù)據(jù)平面增加協(xié)處理器FP和狀態(tài)表ST,支持在數(shù)據(jù)平面處理和維護(hù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、流和報(bào)文的狀態(tài)信息;通過(guò)定義數(shù)據(jù)平面指令集,進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)數(shù)據(jù)平面的表達(dá)能力和可編程性;最后開(kāi)發(fā)了SDPA軟件交換機(jī)和多個(gè)應(yīng)用。3.基于SDPA架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)了一種動(dòng)態(tài)可配置的硬件平臺(tái)。該平臺(tái)基于SFA數(shù)據(jù)平面抽象和API,支持多種網(wǎng)絡(luò)功能動(dòng)態(tài)和重復(fù)配置,支持在同一個(gè)平臺(tái)上配置多個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)功能,形成硬件業(yè)務(wù)鏈,其通用性、可編程性和可擴(kuò)展性更強(qiáng)。4.首次提出并實(shí)現(xiàn)了一種基于SDPA硬件和NFV結(jié)合支持網(wǎng)絡(luò)功能的網(wǎng)絡(luò)架構(gòu)Hi PPA。通過(guò)統(tǒng)一的數(shù)據(jù)平面抽象、南向/北向API和集中控制,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)平面資源、狀態(tài)的動(dòng)態(tài)感知和數(shù)據(jù)平面業(yè)務(wù)鏈的編排,實(shí)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)功能高性能和靈活性的統(tǒng)一。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of the Internet has brought enormous economic and social benefits, but also faces many major technical challenges, the Internet in scalability, mobility, quality of service, security and other aspects of more and more problems. A new improved scheme, Software definition Network (SDN), is proposed, which attempts to fundamentally solve the existing Internet problems by redesigning the network architecture. As a representative technology of SDN, the Open Flow protocol is separated by numerical control. The mechanism of centralized control improves the programmability and flexibility of the network. However, the simple "matching forwarding" processing paradigm of the Open Flow stream table also brings great limitations to support complex network functions. The Open Flow switch can only provide the matching processing function for packets, but it cannot support the processing of state information. Because of the limitation of Open Flow protocol, this paper first puts forward a kind of SDN data plane state forwarding technology in the world. The abstract architecture of data plane with state forwarding is designed. Based on the SDPA architecture, the software prototype system is developed, the dynamic configurable hardware system and various applications are developed. This paper designs and implements a kind of architecture based on SDPA hardware and NFV to support network function, which further enhances the programmability of network. Flexibility and processing performance. The main contents and contributions of this paper are as follows: 1. Based on formal method, an abstract model of SDN data plane forwarding is proposed. For the first time, a data plane with state forwarding processing paradigm (SFAA) is proposed for "matching state action". By abstracting and describing the essential attributes of SDN, Further points out the essential characteristics of SDN network. For the first time, a SDN data plane with state forwarding abstract architecture is proposed, and SDPA software switch and various applications are developed. By adding coprocessor FP and status table STS in the data plane, Support for processing and maintenance of networks in the data plane, The state information of stream and message is defined, and the expression ability and programmability of data plane are further enhanced by defining the instruction set of data plane. Finally, the SDPA software switch and several applications are developed. Based on the SDPA architecture, a dynamic configurable hardware platform is designed and implemented. The platform is based on the abstraction of SFA data plane and API, and supports the dynamic and repeated configuration of various network functions. Support the configuration of multiple network functions on the same platform to form a hardware service chain, which is universal, A network architecture based on SDPA hardware and NFV to support network function is proposed and implemented for the first time. Through unified data plane abstraction, south-to-north API and centralized control, Realize the dynamic perception of data plane resource, state and arrangement of data plane service chain, realize the unification of high performance and flexibility of network function.
