【摘要】：在三網(wǎng)融合戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境下，廣電和電信運(yùn)營(yíng)商加速進(jìn)入對(duì)方的經(jīng)營(yíng)領(lǐng)域，運(yùn)營(yíng)商市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)加劇。此外，因傳統(tǒng)固話市場(chǎng)份額不斷萎縮，IP通信方式逐步替代電路交換為主的語(yǔ)音通信，中國(guó)電信提出了由基礎(chǔ)網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)營(yíng)商轉(zhuǎn)為綜合信息服務(wù)提供商的戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型計(jì)劃，在經(jīng)營(yíng)傳統(tǒng)固話、基礎(chǔ)網(wǎng)電路出租、寬帶業(yè)務(wù)的基礎(chǔ)上，經(jīng)營(yíng)移動(dòng)電話、IPTV、寬帶增值產(chǎn)品等業(yè)務(wù)。 韶關(guān)電信從2008年開(kāi)始推出了IPTV業(yè)務(wù)。IPTV業(yè)務(wù)的流量增長(zhǎng)迅速，至2012年已經(jīng)超過(guò)了普通寬帶上網(wǎng)的流量。同時(shí)，隨著城市信息化的發(fā)展，用戶的網(wǎng)速需求也越來(lái)越高，從最早的2M已逐步提升到6M、12M，甚至部分地區(qū)達(dá)到100M。IPTV業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展和寬帶的大提速，使韶關(guān)電信IP城域網(wǎng)的流量大幅增長(zhǎng)，部分網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)備和鏈路出現(xiàn)了瓶頸，網(wǎng)絡(luò)質(zhì)量下降，影響了IPTV、IP電話、即時(shí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲等業(yè)務(wù)的感知。為提升韶關(guān)電信寬帶產(chǎn)品的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，助力韶關(guān)電信戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型，韶關(guān)電信網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)營(yíng)部組建了數(shù)據(jù)團(tuán)隊(duì)，負(fù)責(zé)韶關(guān)IP城域網(wǎng)優(yōu)化方案的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)施工作。 本文首先對(duì)韶關(guān)電信IP城域網(wǎng)核心層、業(yè)務(wù)控制層、接入?yún)R聚層及業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展情況的現(xiàn)狀和存在問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析、總結(jié)。然后針對(duì)存在的問(wèn)題，一方面從網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)的角度，制定了IP城域網(wǎng)核心層、業(yè)務(wù)控制層、接入?yún)R聚層和配套傳輸資源的優(yōu)化方案；另一方面，，從承載業(yè)務(wù)的角度，針對(duì)IP城域網(wǎng)常見(jiàn)的寬帶上網(wǎng)、IPTV、VPN等業(yè)務(wù)，分析影響其業(yè)務(wù)質(zhì)量的因素，并制定了相應(yīng)的優(yōu)化方案。按照方案設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)施韶關(guān)城域網(wǎng)工程，通過(guò)測(cè)試城域網(wǎng)業(yè)務(wù)，驗(yàn)證了方案優(yōu)化后的效果。最后，對(duì)韶關(guān)IP城域網(wǎng)的發(fā)展作出規(guī)劃設(shè)想，為下一步網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化改造的方向提出建議。
[Abstract]:In the strategic environment of three-network convergence, radio, television and telecommunications operators accelerate their entry into the other side's business areas, and the market competition of operators intensifies. As the traditional fixed-line market share is shrinking and IP communication mode is gradually replacing the voice communication based on circuit switching, China Telecom has put forward a strategic transformation plan from basic network operator to integrated information service provider to operate traditional fixed-line telephone. Basic network circuit rental, broadband services on the basis of operating mobile phone IPTV, broadband value-added products and other services. Since 2008, Shaoguan Telecom has launched the IPTV service. The traffic of the service has grown rapidly, and by 2012, it has already exceeded the traffic of the ordinary broadband Internet. At the same time, with the development of the city information, the demand for the network speed of the users is also increasing. From the earliest 2m, it has been gradually upgraded to 6MU 12M.Even in some areas, the development of 100M.IPTV services and the rapid growth of broadband have greatly increased the traffic of Shaoguan Telecom IP Metropolitan area Network, and some network equipment and links have appeared bottlenecks, and the network quality has declined. In order to enhance the market competitiveness of Shaoguan telecom broadband products and help Shaoguan telecom to transform its strategy, Shaoguan telecom network operation department has set up a data team. Responsible for the design and implementation of IP man optimization scheme in Shaoguan. In this paper, the current situation and existing problems of core layer, service control layer, access convergence layer and service development of Shaoguan Telecom IP man are analyzed and summarized. Then, in view of the existing problems, on the one hand, from the point of view of network structure, The optimization scheme of IP man core layer, service control layer, access convergence layer and supporting transmission resources is established. On the other hand, from the point of view of carrying service, aiming at the common services of IP metropolitan area network, such as broadband internet, IPTV VPN, etc. This paper analyzes the factors affecting the service quality, and formulates the corresponding optimization scheme. According to the scheme design, the Shaoguan man project is implemented, and the effect of the scheme optimization is verified by testing the metropolitan area network service. Finally, The development of Shaoguan IP Metropolitan area Network (man) is planned, and some suggestions are put forward for the further optimization and transformation of the IP Metropolitan area Network (man).
