基于Web的科技業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)的研究與設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:隨著我國信息化建設(shè)步伐不斷加快,科技業(yè)務(wù)信息管理也面臨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)化發(fā)展的潮流,以更好地適應(yīng)當(dāng)前我國科研主管部門對科技業(yè)務(wù)管理信息化的需求。基于Web Service的科技業(yè)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng),可實(shí)現(xiàn)科研項(xiàng)目所有業(yè)務(wù)信息和項(xiàng)目審批管理的信息化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化,同時(shí)利用計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)提高科研主管部門的管理效率,滿足他們的工作的實(shí)際需要。系統(tǒng)采用了B/S/S這種目前流行的體系結(jié)構(gòu),在科技業(yè)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)和開發(fā)中涉及到了企業(yè)級Web服務(wù)器搭建、面向?qū)ο筌浖M件架構(gòu)理論、數(shù)據(jù)信息的挖掘和信息管理、數(shù)據(jù)檢索等開發(fā)技術(shù)和開發(fā)理論?萍紭I(yè)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)在具體開發(fā)方法上采用了Apache與PHP、Mysql的開發(fā)組合,并且整合了目前流行的許多開源框架。論文首先對科技業(yè)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)背景進(jìn)行了描述,確定了本系統(tǒng)的基本開發(fā)思路。在論文中對當(dāng)前WEB類信息系統(tǒng)開發(fā)所采用的常用技術(shù)和開發(fā)方法特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了介紹,對系統(tǒng)的前期需求分析進(jìn)行說明,以此來確定科技業(yè)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的各主要功能組成和本系統(tǒng)的組織框架、進(jìn)而明確了本系統(tǒng)要完成的具體目標(biāo)。在原有以太網(wǎng)絡(luò)組織架構(gòu)的物理組織基礎(chǔ)上,明確了系統(tǒng)軟件功能對應(yīng)的主要用戶類別,系統(tǒng)要完成的主要功能,科技管理各項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)的具體流程,以UML提供的用例圖和用例說明表的方式進(jìn)行了分析。最后,還對本系統(tǒng)所需要的服務(wù)器在安全、性能方面的需求等要求進(jìn)行了簡介。在需求分析的工作基礎(chǔ)上,主要是通過UML提供的數(shù)據(jù)庫模型圖來對系統(tǒng)后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫的設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了說明,數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì)主要是通過E-R模型圖來表述數(shù)據(jù)庫的設(shè)計(jì)。最后是介紹本系統(tǒng)各主要模塊的具體設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)階段,主要是通過UML工具提供的功能包對科技業(yè)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的主要核心業(yè)務(wù)功能進(jìn)行了細(xì)化設(shè)計(jì),并明確說明了系統(tǒng)各主要功能的子功能包對應(yīng)實(shí)現(xiàn)類的設(shè)計(jì),并對主要業(yè)務(wù)工作流程進(jìn)行了表述。主要有系統(tǒng)用戶管理、系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫與參數(shù)設(shè)置管理、項(xiàng)目申報(bào)與審批信息管理、科研設(shè)備采購信息管理、科研項(xiàng)目日常跟蹤管理與科研項(xiàng)目結(jié)題信息管理等功能模塊的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)工作。系統(tǒng)在開發(fā)過程和開發(fā)完成后進(jìn)行了較系統(tǒng)的測試,測試結(jié)果表明本平臺系統(tǒng)基本滿足了設(shè)計(jì)需求。
[Abstract]:With the accelerating pace of information construction in our country, the information management of science and technology business is also facing the trend of network development. In order to better meet the needs of the current scientific research departments in charge of science and technology business management information in our country. The science and technology business management system based on Web Service can realize the informationization and networking of all business information and project examination and approval management of scientific research projects. At the same time, using computer technology and network technology to improve the management efficiency of scientific research departments to meet the actual needs of their work. In the design and development of sci-tech business management system, it involves the construction of enterprise Web server, the theory of object-oriented software component architecture, the mining of data information and the management of information. Data Retrieval and other development techniques and development theories. In the development method of sci-tech business management system, the development combination of Apache and PHP MySQL is adopted. And integrated many popular open source frameworks. Firstly, the paper describes the background of the research and development of science and technology business management system. In this paper, the common technology and development methods used in the development of WEB type information system are introduced, and the preliminary requirement analysis of the system is explained. In order to determine the main functions of the science and technology business management system and the organizational framework of the system, and then to clarify the specific objectives of the system to be completed, on the basis of the physical organization of the original Ethernet network organization, The main user categories corresponding to the system software functions, the main functions of the system to be completed, the specific processes of scientific and technological management of various businesses, and the use case diagrams and use case description tables provided by UML are analyzed. On the basis of requirement analysis, the database model diagram provided by UML is used to explain the design of the system background database. Database design is mainly expressed by E-R model diagram. Finally, the design and implementation of the main modules of the system are introduced. The main core business functions of the sci-tech business management system are designed in detail through the function package provided by UML tools, and the design of the corresponding implementation classes of the sub-function packages of the main functions of the system is clearly explained. The main business processes are described, such as system user management, system database and parameter setting management, project declaration and approval information management, scientific research equipment purchasing information management, etc. The design and implementation of the functional modules such as the routine tracking management of scientific research projects and the information management of scientific research projects are carried out. After the development process and the development are completed, the system is tested systematically. The test results show that the platform system basically meets the design requirements.
