【摘要】:隨著醫(yī)院信息化的建設(shè)和發(fā)展,使醫(yī)學(xué)影像信息的數(shù)字化保存處理成為可能并提供了大量有價(jià)值的信息數(shù)據(jù)。醫(yī)院統(tǒng)一信息化也日益發(fā)展成熟。 當(dāng)前我國少量醫(yī)院都已經(jīng)有了根據(jù)HIS制定的院級的統(tǒng)一心電,放射、超聲,CT的信息系統(tǒng),但是由于設(shè)備昂貴,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)混亂等原因,這種統(tǒng)一的系統(tǒng)在中小型醫(yī)院和社區(qū)得不到普及,這就阻礙了信息化的發(fā)展。 本課題的著重點(diǎn)針對中小型醫(yī)院和社區(qū)基于web醫(yī)學(xué)影像調(diào)閱系統(tǒng),顧名思義,就是在同一個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)平臺上調(diào)閱病人的各種信息,減少了醫(yī)生到處查詢的麻煩,以達(dá)到方便快捷的目的。 本課題的主要目標(biāo)就是創(chuàng)建統(tǒng)一的web調(diào)閱系統(tǒng),以使醫(yī)生可以在同一系統(tǒng)上查看病人的報(bào)告信息,方便查閱。通過使用本論文完成的SQL數(shù)據(jù)庫,醫(yī)生可以在基于web醫(yī)學(xué)影像調(diào)閱系統(tǒng)上查閱病人的心電,超聲,放射等報(bào)告信息。系統(tǒng)對把其他數(shù)據(jù)庫數(shù)據(jù)上傳到統(tǒng)一索引數(shù)據(jù)庫的過程進(jìn)行了實(shí)現(xiàn),這樣就可以在系統(tǒng)上調(diào)用其他數(shù)據(jù)顯示。 該系統(tǒng)通過實(shí)驗(yàn)室環(huán)境的測試,側(cè)重點(diǎn)是使中小型醫(yī)院和社區(qū)的醫(yī)學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)可以統(tǒng)一顯示,,并且能夠普遍應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:With the construction and development of hospital informatization, digital preservation and processing of medical image information becomes possible and provides a large number of valuable information data. At present, a small number of hospitals in our country already have unified ECG, radiation, ultrasound and CT information systems at the hospital level developed according to HIS. However, due to expensive equipment and chaotic standards, This unified system in small and medium hospitals and communities can not be popularized, which hinders the development of information technology. This topic focuses on the small and medium-sized hospitals and communities based on the web medical image retrieval system, as the name implies, that is, in the same data platform to read all kinds of information of patients, and reduce the trouble of doctors searching everywhere. In order to achieve the purpose of convenience. The main goal of this project is to create a unified web access system, so that doctors can view the patient's report information on the same system and make it easy to consult. By using the SQL database completed in this paper, Doctors can check patients' ECG, ultrasound, radiation and other information on the medical image retrieval system based on web. The system has realized the process of uploading other database data to the unified index database. This allows other data displays to be invoked on the system. The system is tested in laboratory environment, focusing on the unified display of medical data in small and medium-sized hospitals and communities and its universal application.
