【摘要】：進(jìn)入知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,知識(shí)成為企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)和發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵性資源,傳統(tǒng)的企業(yè)管理面臨著巨大挑戰(zhàn),同時(shí)也伴隨著全新的發(fā)展機(jī)遇,因此,知識(shí)管理越來(lái)越受到人們的關(guān)注和重視。知識(shí)管理是借助于信息技術(shù),對(duì)知識(shí)的定義、創(chuàng)造、共享、轉(zhuǎn)移、存儲(chǔ)、傳播和應(yīng)用的過(guò)程的管理。實(shí)踐證明,通過(guò)實(shí)施知識(shí)管理,組織的生存能力和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)能夠得到顯著提高。 在移動(dòng)通信運(yùn)營(yíng)商這種知識(shí)密集型企業(yè),知識(shí)管理的作用顯得尤為重要。蘭州移動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)控中心的日常工作開(kāi)展,需要大量的知識(shí)資源支撐,因此,開(kāi)展知識(shí)管理具有非常重要的意義。本文從知識(shí)管理理論出發(fā),結(jié)合蘭州移動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)控中心的自身特點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)了相應(yīng)的知識(shí)管理系統(tǒng)的架構(gòu),并對(duì)該系統(tǒng)的實(shí)施進(jìn)行了深入地探討和研究。 本文的研究重點(diǎn)是網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)控中心的知識(shí)管理現(xiàn)狀的分析以及知識(shí)管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)施。文章首先闡述了知識(shí)管理、知識(shí)管理系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建方面的相關(guān)理論。之后,簡(jiǎn)要分析了蘭州移動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)控中心的總體情況,通過(guò)對(duì)知識(shí)管理現(xiàn)狀的深入剖析,總結(jié)出了其在當(dāng)前知識(shí)管理工作中所存在的問(wèn)題。在以上工作的基礎(chǔ)上,論文根據(jù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)控中心知識(shí)管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)原則,對(duì)其知識(shí)管理系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)和功能進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。文章最后,對(duì)實(shí)施蘭州移動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)控中心知識(shí)管理系統(tǒng)的切入點(diǎn)、優(yōu)勢(shì)、障礙進(jìn)行了分析,對(duì)實(shí)施的策略、保障措施提出了建議,并對(duì)系統(tǒng)實(shí)施效果進(jìn)行了預(yù)測(cè)。通過(guò)對(duì)蘭州移動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)控中心知識(shí)管理系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用研究,本文構(gòu)建了知識(shí)管理的平臺(tái),對(duì)促進(jìn)知識(shí)管理水平的提高,增強(qiáng)組織的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。文章最后對(duì)論文的工作進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并對(duì)未來(lái)的研究工作進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge has become a key resource for the growth and development of the enterprise, the traditional enterprise management is facing great challenges, but also with new opportunities for development, therefore, knowledge management has attracted more and more attention and attention. Knowledge management is based on the information technology, the definition of knowledge creation, sharing. Transfer, storage, dissemination and application of the process management. Practice has proved that through the implementation of knowledge management, organizational survival ability and competitive advantage can be significantly improved.
In the mobile communication operators the knowledge intensive enterprises, knowledge management is becoming more and more important. Lanzhou mobile network monitoring center to carry out the daily work, requires a lot of knowledge resources, therefore, has very important significance to carry out knowledge management. The knowledge management theory, combined with Lanzhou mobile network monitoring center features the design of the corresponding knowledge management system architecture and the implementation of the new system are studied deeply.
The focus of this paper is the design and implementation of knowledge management status of network monitoring center and knowledge management system. This paper describes the relevant theory of knowledge management, the construction of knowledge management system. After a brief analysis of the general situation of Lanzhou mobile network monitoring center, through in-depth analysis of the current situation of knowledge management, summed up the existing problems in current knowledge management. On the basis of the above work, according to the design principles of the knowledge management system of network monitoring center, the structure and function of the knowledge management system are designed. Finally, the starting point, the implementation of knowledge management system of Lanzhou mobile network monitoring center advantage. The paper analyses the obstacles to the implementation of the strategy, proposed safeguard measures, and the system implementation effect is predicted. The Lanzhou mobile network. Study on Application of knowledge management system control center, this paper constructs the knowledge management platform, to promote the knowledge management level, which has a certain guiding significance to enhance the core competitiveness of the organization. Finally, the research work was summarized, and the research work in the future are prospected.
