云制造環(huán)境下資源服務匹配研究

【摘要】:云制造是面向服務的網(wǎng)絡化制造新模式,通過融合云計算、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)等相關的高新信息技術,以“制造即服務”為理念,將各類制造資源和制造能力虛擬化封裝,服務化描述,實現(xiàn)資源合理共享配置和高效利用,為平臺用戶提供規(guī)范的、統(tǒng)一的和智能化的經(jīng)營和管理。通過采用云制造技術能夠實現(xiàn)跨企業(yè)、跨行業(yè)、跨區(qū)域的合作,企業(yè)可以快速響應動態(tài)市場,適應全球化的競爭和挑戰(zhàn)。然而由于制造資源的多樣性、復雜性、分散性和區(qū)域性等特點,在用戶使用云制造資源服務的過程當中,,如何從云制造平臺中快速準確的找到所需的資源服務,將用戶個性化需求與種類繁多的制造資源進行智能化的匹配成為云制造平臺實現(xiàn)的關鍵技術之一。在分析資源服務匹配研究現(xiàn)狀和企業(yè)現(xiàn)實需求基礎上,對云制造環(huán)境下資源服務匹配問題進行了深入研究。 首先,介紹了云制造基本概念和資源服務匹配的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,對云制造的基本理論和框架進行了闡述,研究了資源服務匹配的框架和云制造平臺中的用戶關系。 其次,針對云制造環(huán)境下制造資源具有多樣性、動態(tài)性和復雜性,構建制造資源的分類模型;通過對資源服務描述信息進行分類,建立了包含基本信息、功能信息和約束信息等的信息模型;基于本體理論和語義描述語言OWL-S,建立云制造資源服務本體,通過云制造資源服務形式化描述,實現(xiàn)云制造資源服務統(tǒng)一描述,為資源服務的匹配提供信息支撐。 再次,將制造資源信息描述分為概念詞、句子和數(shù)值參量三種類型,針對制造資源信息參數(shù)多樣性的問題,并根據(jù)描述信息的不同,提出相應的相似度算法。 最后,在制造資源本體建模和形式化描述的基礎上,提出一種包括基本信息匹配、功能匹配、約束匹配和綜合匹配四個層次的匹配流程和匹配算法,并詳細闡述了每個層次的匹配,同時計算各個層次間的相似度,提高匹配結果的準確性。并通過一個實例驗證該算法。
[Abstract]:Cloud manufacturing is a new service-oriented networked manufacturing model. By integrating cloud computing, Internet of things and other related high-tech information technologies, taking "manufacturing as a service" as the concept, all kinds of manufacturing resources and manufacturing capabilities are virtualized and described as service. To achieve rational sharing and efficient use of resources, to provide standardized, unified and intelligent management and management for platform users. Through the use of cloud manufacturing technology, cross-enterprise, cross-industry, cross-regional cooperation can be realized. Enterprises can quickly respond to dynamic markets and adapt to global competition and challenges. However, due to the diversity, complexity, dispersion and regional characteristics of manufacturing resources, during the process of users using cloud manufacturing resources, How to quickly and accurately find the required resource services from the cloud manufacturing platform, It is one of the key technologies to realize the cloud manufacturing platform by intelligently matching the user's personalized requirements with a wide variety of manufacturing resources. In this paper, the problem of resource service matching in cloud manufacturing environment is studied. Firstly, the basic concepts of cloud manufacturing and the research status of resource service matching at home and abroad are introduced, the basic theory and framework of cloud manufacturing are expounded, and the framework of resource service matching and the user relationship in cloud manufacturing platform are studied. Secondly, aiming at the diversity, dynamics and complexity of manufacturing resources in cloud manufacturing environment, the classification model of manufacturing resources is constructed, and the basic information is established by classifying the description information of resource services. Based on ontology theory and semantic description language OWL-S, the cloud manufacturing resource service ontology is established, and the unified description of cloud manufacturing resource service is realized through formal description of cloud manufacturing resource service. Provide information support for resource service matching. Thirdly, the description of manufacturing resource information is divided into three types: concept words, sentences and numerical parameters. Aiming at the diversity of manufacturing resource information parameters, a similarity algorithm is proposed according to the different description information. Finally, on the basis of modeling and formal description of manufacturing resource ontology, a matching process and algorithm is proposed, which includes four levels: basic information matching, function matching, constraint matching and comprehensive matching. At the same time, the similarity of each level is calculated to improve the accuracy of the matching results, and an example is given to verify the algorithm.
