北京中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)基于VMware vSphere的數(shù)據(jù)中心虛擬化建設(shè)研究

【摘要】:隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,高校信息化建設(shè)如火如茶,各方面業(yè)務(wù)應(yīng)用層出不窮,服務(wù)器數(shù)量不斷呈幾何級(jí)數(shù)增長(zhǎng),各高校的數(shù)據(jù)中心基本都面臨著數(shù)據(jù)量急速增長(zhǎng)、服務(wù)器利用率低下、系統(tǒng)管理復(fù)雜、機(jī)房建設(shè)場(chǎng)地不足、運(yùn)營(yíng)維護(hù)成本高、能源消耗大、業(yè)務(wù)保障水平低等一系列挑戰(zhàn)。要適應(yīng)各大高校當(dāng)前業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展和需求,無(wú)疑需要簡(jiǎn)化管理,降低能耗,提高利用率等,這些成為各大高校所面臨的迫切需要解決的一大難題。虛擬化技術(shù)的發(fā)展為解決這一難題提供了一條重要的途徑。隨著的虛擬化技術(shù)的廣泛應(yīng)用,數(shù)據(jù)中心面臨的能耗高,利用率低,管理困難等問(wèn)題得到了很大的改善。虛擬化技術(shù)改變了傳統(tǒng)的每個(gè)業(yè)務(wù)應(yīng)用獨(dú)立物理服務(wù)器部署的方式,在單臺(tái)物理服務(wù)器上同時(shí)運(yùn)行多個(gè)虛擬機(jī)多項(xiàng)應(yīng)用,這使得高校數(shù)據(jù)中心的物理服務(wù)器在利用率方面能夠大大提高,同時(shí)在運(yùn)營(yíng)維護(hù)成本方面得到大幅度降低了。虛擬化技術(shù)對(duì)整個(gè)傳統(tǒng)的IT基礎(chǔ)架構(gòu)帶來(lái)了具有顛覆性的前所未有的巨大調(diào)整與沖擊,其獨(dú)具的技術(shù)優(yōu)勢(shì)受到了越來(lái)越多用戶的普遍認(rèn)可和青睞,它的普及和推廣必將成為信息化技術(shù)發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)。 VMware vSphere解決方案在虛擬化領(lǐng)域處于領(lǐng)導(dǎo)地位,由VMware公司推出,該解決方案提供了虛擬化基礎(chǔ)架構(gòu)、高可用性、集中管理、監(jiān)控等,是新一代完整的數(shù)據(jù)中心虛擬化套件,也是部署范圍最廣泛的企業(yè)級(jí)虛擬化平臺(tái)套件。使用VMware虛擬化解決方案可以有效解決服務(wù)器資源不足,硬件資源利用率低、管理復(fù)雜及運(yùn)營(yíng)維護(hù)成本高等一系列問(wèn)題。本文以VMware vSphere虛擬化架構(gòu)為基礎(chǔ),簡(jiǎn)單梳理和介紹了虛擬化的概念、發(fā)展、架構(gòu)類型、技術(shù)優(yōu)勢(shì)等,結(jié)合學(xué)校的現(xiàn)狀和存在問(wèn)題,主要重點(diǎn)闡述了利用VMware vSphere套件實(shí)現(xiàn)北京中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)的數(shù)據(jù)中心虛擬化平臺(tái)部署,并積極探索適合學(xué)校數(shù)據(jù)中心的虛擬化建設(shè)方案,為學(xué)校的信息化建設(shè)提供一個(gè)堅(jiān)實(shí)的IT平臺(tái)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of computer technology, the information construction of colleges and universities is as hot as tea, various aspects of business applications emerge in endlessly, the number of servers continues to increase in geometric series, and the data centers of colleges and universities are basically faced with the rapid growth of data volume. The server utilization ratio is low, the system management is complex, the computer room construction site is insufficient, the operation and maintenance cost is high, the energy consumption is large, the service guarantee level is low, and so on. There is no doubt that there is a need to simplify management, reduce energy consumption, improve utilization rates, etc. The development of virtualization technology provides an important way to solve this problem. With the wide application of virtualization technology, data centers face high energy consumption. The problems such as low utilization rate and difficult management have been greatly improved. Virtualization technology has changed the traditional way of deploying independent physical servers for each business application, running multiple virtual machines and multiple applications simultaneously on a single physical server. This can greatly improve the utilization rate of the physical servers in the university data center. At the same time, the cost of operation and maintenance has been greatly reduced. Virtualization technology has brought about an unprecedented and disruptive adjustment and impact on the entire traditional IT infrastructure. Its unique technical advantages have been widely recognized and favored by more and more users. Its popularization and popularization will become the trend of the development of information technology. The VMware vSphere solution, a leading virtualization solution introduced by VMware, provides a virtualization infrastructure, high availability, centralized management, monitoring, etc., and is a new generation of complete data center virtualization suites. It is also the most widely deployed suite of enterprise-level virtualization platforms. Using VMware virtualization solutions can effectively solve the problem of server resource shortage and low utilization of hardware resources. Based on the VMware vSphere virtualization architecture, this paper briefly combs and introduces the concept, development, architecture type, technical advantages and so on of virtualization, combining with the present situation and existing problems of the school. This paper mainly expounds how to implement the virtualization platform of data center in Beijing University of traditional Chinese Medicine by using VMware vSphere package, and actively explores the virtualization construction scheme suitable for the school data center, which provides a solid IT platform for the information construction of the school.
