基于HITS算法的微博用戶可信度評估

【摘要】:以新浪微博為研究平臺,在HITS(hyperlink-induced topic search)算法的基礎(chǔ)上,提出融合用戶交互行為和博文內(nèi)容的微博用戶可信度評估算法。分別構(gòu)建基于交互行為和基于博文內(nèi)容的微博用戶有向鏈接圖,圖中節(jié)點(diǎn)表示用戶,有向邊體現(xiàn)用戶基于交互行為或基于內(nèi)容的指向關(guān)系;依據(jù)HITS算法計(jì)算兩種拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)下微博用戶的權(quán)威度和中心度;以融合的權(quán)威度作為度量評估用戶可信度。試驗(yàn)采用從新浪微博采集的數(shù)據(jù)作為測試集合,通過反復(fù)訓(xùn)練法獲得可信度閾值,繪制不同可信度算法的用戶可信度曲線,驗(yàn)證了算法的可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:Taking Weibo of Sina as the research platform, on the basis of HITS(hyperlink-induced topic search algorithm, This paper proposes an algorithm for evaluating Weibo's user credibility, which combines user interaction behavior and blog content, respectively, and constructs a directed link graph based on interactive behavior and blog content, in which nodes represent the user. The directed edge reflects the user's interactive behavior or content-based pointing relationship, and calculates the authority and centrality of Weibo users under two topologies according to the HITS algorithm. In the experiment, the data collected from Sina Weibo was used as the test set, and the confidence threshold was obtained by repeated training method, and the user credibility curve of different credibility algorithms was drawn. The feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm are verified.
