【摘要】:針對分布式產(chǎn)品開發(fā)中涉及知識活動協(xié)同的管理問題,提出一種結合云服務、產(chǎn)品設計信息流驅(qū)動和面向服務架構相結合的、基于云服務的產(chǎn)品設計知識流管理方法。通過分析分布式產(chǎn)品設計的特點,建立基于產(chǎn)品生命周期(PLM)驅(qū)動的產(chǎn)品設計知識節(jié)點模型,以此為基礎構建面向云服務的產(chǎn)品設計知識流模型。使用云服務完成產(chǎn)品設計知識流的虛擬化和服務化,實現(xiàn)復雜產(chǎn)品開發(fā)任務中的產(chǎn)品知識協(xié)同。建立了系統(tǒng)層模型,提出產(chǎn)品知識服務維護與協(xié)同的方法,探討模型各模塊互操作流程,設計并開發(fā)基于云服務的產(chǎn)品知識流管理平臺雛形,驗證了該方法的可行性。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the management of knowledge activity collaboration in distributed product development, this paper proposes a new method which combines cloud service, product design information flow driven and service-oriented architecture. The knowledge flow management method of product design based on cloud service. By analyzing the characteristics of distributed product design, the knowledge node model of product design based on PLM driver is established. Based on this, the knowledge flow model of product design for cloud service is constructed, the virtualization and service of knowledge flow of product design are accomplished by cloud service, and the cooperation of product knowledge in complex product development task is realized, and the system layer model is established. The method of product knowledge service maintenance and collaboration is put forward, and the interoperation flow of each module of the model is discussed. The prototype of product knowledge flow management platform based on cloud service is designed and developed, and the feasibility of this method is verified.
