【摘要】：在社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)中,用戶節(jié)點(diǎn)的主觀情感是影響信息在網(wǎng)絡(luò)中傳播擴(kuò)散的重要因素.傳統(tǒng)的用戶情感預(yù)測(cè)模型的復(fù)雜度較高,影響了社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)中情感預(yù)測(cè)的效率.本文通過(guò)對(duì)社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)中用戶節(jié)點(diǎn)的自身興趣特點(diǎn)及其所受鄰居節(jié)點(diǎn)的社會(huì)影響力進(jìn)行研究.本文分別定義用戶自身興趣點(diǎn)和社會(huì)影響力,提出最終的預(yù)測(cè)函數(shù).基于定義的預(yù)測(cè)函數(shù),使用訓(xùn)練出的分類(lèi)模型,預(yù)測(cè)用戶的最終情感狀態(tài).分類(lèi)模型的F-1值可以達(dá)到68.94%.通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn),將該模型與社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)中經(jīng)典的情感預(yù)測(cè)模型進(jìn)行對(duì)比,在模型計(jì)算復(fù)雜度和預(yù)測(cè)精度上取得了較為明顯的優(yōu)化.
[Abstract]:In social network, the subjective emotion of user node is an important factor to influence the spread of information in the network. This paper studies the characteristics of users' interests in social networks and the social influence of their neighbors. In this paper, users' own interest points and social influence are defined respectively. The final prediction function is proposed. Based on the defined prediction function and using the trained classification model, the final emotional state of the user can be predicted. The F-1 value of the classification model can reach 68.94. The model is compared with the classical emotional prediction model in social network, and the computational complexity and prediction accuracy of the model are obviously optimized.
