【摘要】：近年來(lái),網(wǎng)絡(luò)社區(qū)日益普及,其受到越來(lái)越多的人的關(guān)注。網(wǎng)絡(luò)社區(qū)可以被看作一種信息系統(tǒng),其中任何人都可以發(fā)表內(nèi)容表達(dá)自己的觀點(diǎn),例如BBS、社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)以及微博。網(wǎng)絡(luò)社區(qū)的最基本特征是用戶(hù)與用戶(hù)之間的自由互動(dòng),其廣泛發(fā)展開(kāi)辟了很多新的研究問(wèn)題:1)用戶(hù)的交互數(shù)據(jù)被定義和嵌入在預(yù)先定義的數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)中(這些數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)是由網(wǎng)絡(luò)社區(qū)站點(diǎn)自身提供的),如何完整準(zhǔn)確的提取用戶(hù)的交互信息;2)由網(wǎng)絡(luò)社區(qū)衍生出的交互網(wǎng)絡(luò)的拓?fù)涮卣魅绾?以及它們的演化模型和社區(qū)結(jié)構(gòu)如何?3)網(wǎng)絡(luò)社區(qū)中的社會(huì)交互既包含積極關(guān)系(好友關(guān)系),又包含消極關(guān)系(敵對(duì)關(guān)系),基于一個(gè)給定的話(huà)題,如何預(yù)測(cè)一個(gè)用戶(hù)對(duì)另一個(gè)用戶(hù)的當(dāng)前態(tài)度;4)網(wǎng)絡(luò)社區(qū)中,一些用戶(hù)使用多個(gè)用戶(hù)名或?qū)⒆约簜窝b起來(lái)(通常被稱(chēng)為“網(wǎng)絡(luò)馬甲”)與其它用戶(hù)溝通,如何能自動(dòng)識(shí)別這些“網(wǎng)絡(luò)馬甲”?本文根據(jù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)社區(qū)中復(fù)雜的用戶(hù)交互信息,構(gòu)建相應(yīng)的用戶(hù)交互網(wǎng)絡(luò),并研究交互網(wǎng)絡(luò)的拓?fù)湫再|(zhì)、演化模型、社區(qū)結(jié)構(gòu)及網(wǎng)絡(luò)中用戶(hù)間的當(dāng)前態(tài)度預(yù)測(cè),在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出一種自動(dòng)檢測(cè)“網(wǎng)絡(luò)馬甲”的算法。其主要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新點(diǎn)如下:1)提出一種網(wǎng)頁(yè)內(nèi)容抽取方法,該方法采用模糊關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則標(biāo)記網(wǎng)頁(yè)正文行,利用滑動(dòng)窗口技術(shù)選擇正文塊,可以有效抽取網(wǎng)絡(luò)社區(qū)的用戶(hù)交互數(shù)據(jù);2)構(gòu)建興趣網(wǎng)絡(luò)、語(yǔ)義網(wǎng)絡(luò)及相似觀點(diǎn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型,進(jìn)而提出一種基于“最近更新時(shí)間”概念的網(wǎng)絡(luò)演化模型,可以有效模擬網(wǎng)絡(luò)社區(qū)的“小世界”和“無(wú)尺度”特性;3)提出了一種基于博弈論的用戶(hù)交互行為預(yù)測(cè)方法,并據(jù)此給出了兩種用戶(hù)在線(xiàn)社會(huì)屬性的定義,可對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)社區(qū)用戶(hù)進(jìn)行有效分類(lèi);4)設(shè)計(jì)了一種并行模塊度優(yōu)化算法來(lái)挖掘網(wǎng)絡(luò)社區(qū)中潛在社區(qū),并結(jié)合用戶(hù)身份識(shí)別和網(wǎng)絡(luò)社區(qū)劃分技術(shù),提出了一種“網(wǎng)絡(luò)馬甲”自動(dòng)識(shí)別方法。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the network community is becoming more and more popular, and it has attracted more and more people's attention. The network community can be regarded as an information system, in which anyone can publish their views. For example, BBS, social networks and Weibo. The most basic feature of the online community is the free interaction between users. Its extensive development has opened up a number of new research questions: 1) user interaction data is defined and embedded in predefined data structures (these data structures are provided by the web community site itself), and how can they be fully and accurately described. What are the topological features of the interactive network derived from the network community? What are their evolutionary models and community structures? 3) Social interactions in the online community include both positive and negative relationships (hostile relationships, how to predict a user's current attitude towards another user based on a given topic). How can some users, using multiple user names or masquerading themselves (often referred to as "online vests"), communicate with other users, and how can they automatically identify these "online vests"? According to the complex user interaction information in the network community, this paper constructs the corresponding user interaction network, and studies the topological properties, evolution model, community structure and the current attitude prediction of the users in the network. This paper presents an algorithm for automatic detection of "network vest". The main innovation of the algorithm is as follows: 1) A method of web page content extraction is proposed. The method uses fuzzy association rules to mark the text line of a web page, and uses sliding window technology to select a text block. We can effectively extract user interaction data from network community to construct interest network, semantic network and similar viewpoint network model, and then propose a network evolution model based on the concept of "most recent update time". This paper presents a prediction method of user interaction behavior based on game theory and gives the definitions of two kinds of online social attributes of users, which can effectively simulate the "small world" and "scale-free" characteristics of the network community. This paper designs a parallel modularity optimization algorithm to mine the potential communities in the network community, and combines the technology of user identification and network community division. This paper presents an automatic identification method of "network vest".
