【摘要】：互聯(lián)網(wǎng)在推進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和社會(huì)進(jìn)步的同時(shí),也給國家安全和網(wǎng)絡(luò)秩序帶來了嚴(yán)重的挑戰(zhàn)。當(dāng)前我國網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全態(tài)勢依然嚴(yán)峻,各類網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全問題層出不窮,諸如網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息技術(shù)比較落后、網(wǎng)絡(luò)犯罪問題越來越突出、網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息管理相對滯后、網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全國際合作有待加強(qiáng)等。針對這樣的情況,我們應(yīng)推動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息技術(shù)自主創(chuàng)新、進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息管理、加大新型網(wǎng)絡(luò)犯罪打擊、著力凈化網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化環(huán)境、加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全國際合作,以此促進(jìn)我國網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息化健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:While promoting economic development and social progress, the Internet has also brought serious challenges to national security and network order. At present, the situation of network security in our country is still grim, and various kinds of network security problems emerge in endlessly. For example, the network information technology is relatively backward, the problem of network crime is becoming more and more prominent, the network information management is relatively lagging behind, and the international cooperation on network security needs to be strengthened. In view of this situation, we should promote the independent innovation of network information technology. In order to promote the healthy development of network information in our country, we should further strengthen the management of network information, increase the attack on new type of network crime, concentrate on purifying the cultural environment of network, and strengthen international cooperation of network security.
