基于TOE框架的企業(yè)私有云遷移決策指標(biāo)體系研究

【摘要】:近幾年,云計(jì)算在國(guó)內(nèi)有著突飛猛進(jìn)的發(fā)展,越來(lái)越多的大型企業(yè)開始部署私有云。對(duì)于企業(yè)而言,他們將面臨著一個(gè)問(wèn)題——企業(yè)現(xiàn)存的系統(tǒng)到底適不適合遷移到私有云平臺(tái)上?為了給這個(gè)問(wèn)題提供一個(gè)科學(xué)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)慕鉀Q辦法,本文進(jìn)行了以下三方面的研究。 1.對(duì)企業(yè)現(xiàn)有系統(tǒng)的云遷移決策影響因素進(jìn)行探索性研究 在解決該問(wèn)題之前,需了解哪些因素會(huì)影響到企業(yè)現(xiàn)有系統(tǒng)的云遷移決策。首先,第二章中,本研究對(duì)業(yè)界學(xué)者以及研究機(jī)構(gòu)的研究成果進(jìn)行了綜述,并結(jié)合IS技術(shù)采納領(lǐng)域?qū)W者們使用較多的TOE框架,梳理出了目前學(xué)術(shù)研究領(lǐng)域中提及的影響企業(yè)現(xiàn)有系統(tǒng)私有云遷移決策的影響因素表。再次,為了更好地對(duì)其進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,本研究采用了專家訪談的形式。專家組的組成有云計(jì)算相關(guān)研究學(xué)者、部署了私有云的企業(yè)的IT部門員工、云服務(wù)提供商(比如IBM)的工程師等。最后對(duì)初步擬定的影響因素表進(jìn)行完善和修改,得到了最終的云遷移決策影響因素表,從而為云遷移決策指標(biāo)體系的建立打下理論基礎(chǔ)。 2.構(gòu)建了企業(yè)現(xiàn)有系統(tǒng)云遷移決策評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系 梳理出企業(yè)云遷移決策影響因素表后,依據(jù)層次評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的建立原則,本研究構(gòu)建了企業(yè)現(xiàn)有系統(tǒng)云遷移決策評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。主要包含三個(gè)層級(jí)。第一個(gè)層級(jí)為準(zhǔn)則層,包含技術(shù)匹配度、業(yè)務(wù)價(jià)值、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)暴露三個(gè)方面。第二個(gè)層級(jí)為一級(jí)指標(biāo)層,分別列示出各準(zhǔn)則層下的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),技術(shù)匹配度包括集成性、效率、定制化、應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)特性、性能、兼容性六個(gè)指標(biāo);業(yè)務(wù)價(jià)值包括業(yè)務(wù)關(guān)鍵性、成本節(jié)約、高級(jí)管理者的支持度、社會(huì)影響、數(shù)據(jù)敏感度、遷移費(fèi)用六個(gè)指標(biāo);風(fēng)險(xiǎn)暴露包括缺乏成熟度、數(shù)據(jù)安全、監(jiān)管控制、合規(guī)性四個(gè)指標(biāo)。第三個(gè)層級(jí)是二級(jí)指標(biāo)層,主要是對(duì)一級(jí)指標(biāo)的補(bǔ)充與完善,共有31個(gè)指標(biāo)。由于指標(biāo)體系中各指標(biāo)的重要度及貢獻(xiàn)值不盡相同,因此在完成指標(biāo)體系的構(gòu)建后,本研究采用FAHP法分析專家的打分值,進(jìn)而確定了各一級(jí)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重值。 3.通過(guò)實(shí)證研究,驗(yàn)證了本研究建立的企業(yè)現(xiàn)有系統(tǒng)云遷移決策評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的合理性 在上述研究的基礎(chǔ)上,本研究選取了中國(guó)某運(yùn)營(yíng)商XX基地作為案例企業(yè),選取其搭建的融合支撐云作為企業(yè)的私有云平臺(tái),選取已經(jīng)遷移至該云平臺(tái)上的企業(yè)原有系統(tǒng)培訓(xùn)管理系統(tǒng)作為待評(píng)估系統(tǒng)。對(duì)企業(yè)中的相關(guān)員工以及本研究項(xiàng)目組成員發(fā)放問(wèn)卷進(jìn)行實(shí)證調(diào)查,共采集到25份有效數(shù)據(jù)。采用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)分析法對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,得到了包含技術(shù)匹配度、業(yè)務(wù)價(jià)值、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)暴露三個(gè)準(zhǔn)則得分的評(píng)價(jià)分值組合。不同的分值組合對(duì)應(yīng)著不同的遷移決策。對(duì)照本研究提出的決策方案表,得到了培訓(xùn)管理系統(tǒng)適合遷移到融合支撐云平臺(tái)上的結(jié)論。由于該系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)已成功遷入融合支撐云中,所以驗(yàn)證了本研究提出的云遷移決策評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的合理性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of cloud computing in China in recent years, more and more large enterprises begin to deploy private cloud. They will be faced with the question of whether existing enterprise systems are suitable for migration to private cloud platforms? In order to provide a scientific and rigorous solution to this problem, this paper carries out the following three aspects of research. 1. An exploratory study on the influencing factors of cloud migration decision in existing enterprise systems. Before solving this problem, we need to know which factors will affect the cloud migration decision of the existing enterprise system. First, in chapter 2, the research results of the industry scholars and research institutions are summarized. Combined with the TOE framework used by scholars in the field of technology adoption of is, the influential factors that affect the decision making of private cloud migration in the enterprise's existing system mentioned in the academic research field are sorted out. Thirdly, in order to better verify it, This study was conducted in the form of expert interviews. The expert group consisted of cloud computing researchers, IT department staff of companies with private cloud, Finally, the influence factors table is improved and modified, and the final cloud migration decision influencing factor table is obtained, which lays a theoretical foundation for the establishment of cloud migration decision index system. 2. The evaluation index system of cloud migration decision is constructed. After combing out the influencing factors table of enterprise cloud migration decision, according to the establishment principle of hierarchical evaluation index system, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of enterprise cloud migration decision, which consists of three levels. The first level is the criterion layer. The second level is the first level index layer, which lists the evaluation index under each criterion layer, and the technical matching degree includes integration, efficiency, customization, application system characteristics, the second level is the first level index layer, including the technical matching degree, including the integration, efficiency, customization, application system characteristic, the technical matching degree includes the integration, the efficiency, the customization, the application system characteristic. Performance, compatibility, business value including business critical, cost saving, senior management support, social impact, data sensitivity, migration costs, risk exposure including lack of maturity, data security, Supervision and control, compliance of four indicators. The third level is the second level of indicators, mainly to supplement and improve the primary indicators, a total of 31 indicators. Therefore, after completing the construction of the index system, this study uses FAHP method to analyze the scoring value of experts, and then determines the weight value of each grade index. 3. Through the empirical research, the rationality of the evaluation index system of enterprise cloud migration decision is verified. On the basis of the above research, this study selected XX base of a Chinese operator as a case enterprise, and selected its fusion support cloud as the private cloud platform of the enterprise. Select the enterprise training management system which has migrated to the cloud platform as the evaluation system. A total of 25 valid data were collected. The data were analyzed by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and the technical matching degree and business value were obtained. The evaluation score combination of the three criteria of risk exposure. Different score combinations correspond to different migration decisions. The conclusion that the training management system is suitable for migration to the fusion support cloud platform is obtained. Because the training management system has been successfully moved into the fusion support cloud, the rationality of the evaluation index system of cloud migration decision proposed in this study is verified.
