【摘要】:隨著新醫(yī)改的推進(jìn),醫(yī)院信息化建設(shè)成為醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生行業(yè)的重點(diǎn)發(fā)展方向,隨著人們對(duì)醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生服務(wù)需求的日益增長(zhǎng),傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)院信息化的方式已經(jīng)無(wú)法靈活有效的應(yīng)對(duì),其架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和管理模式也無(wú)法適應(yīng)當(dāng)前數(shù)字化醫(yī)院建設(shè)的發(fā)展要求。將云計(jì)算的核心技術(shù)與服務(wù)模式應(yīng)用于醫(yī)院信息化建設(shè)中,實(shí)現(xiàn)平臺(tái)整體部署、資源集中管理、軟硬件按需配置,滿(mǎn)足其實(shí)際應(yīng)用中可靠性、可擴(kuò)展性、高可用性、安全性和按需服務(wù)等要求,提高醫(yī)院信息化服務(wù)水平。本文的目的是研究云計(jì)算核心技術(shù)在醫(yī)院信息化中的應(yīng)用,將“云架構(gòu)”與醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)相融合,提出統(tǒng)一運(yùn)維平臺(tái)管理理念,通過(guò)虛擬化技術(shù)搭建基礎(chǔ)信息平臺(tái),提高資源利用率,并采用Pacemaker集群化管理軟件和HAProxy負(fù)載均衡實(shí)現(xiàn)平臺(tái)高可用性,為醫(yī)院7×24小時(shí)不間斷服務(wù)模式提供保障,實(shí)現(xiàn)傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)院信息化建設(shè)向新型醫(yī)院信息化服務(wù)模式的轉(zhuǎn)變。首先,本文闡述了傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)院信息化建設(shè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及“煙囪式”部署模式等亟待解決的問(wèn)題,分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外云計(jì)算在醫(yī)療行業(yè)的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀。針對(duì)云計(jì)算核心技術(shù)及架構(gòu)在醫(yī)院信息化建設(shè)中應(yīng)用優(yōu)勢(shì)進(jìn)行分析,并詳細(xì)研究了OpenStack開(kāi)源云計(jì)算平臺(tái)。其次,設(shè)計(jì)了基于Web的運(yùn)維管理平臺(tái),使用開(kāi)源平臺(tái)和可擴(kuò)展式部署,提高了資源性能和利用率,降低了IaaS平臺(tái)的建設(shè)成本和維護(hù)成本。同時(shí)進(jìn)行了OpenStack多節(jié)點(diǎn)高可用架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),以滿(mǎn)足可擴(kuò)展、高穩(wěn)定、高可用的醫(yī)院私有云平臺(tái)。最后,進(jìn)行了OpenStack開(kāi)源云平臺(tái)多節(jié)點(diǎn)部署,實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于Web運(yùn)維管理平臺(tái)以及計(jì)算、網(wǎng)絡(luò)、存儲(chǔ)、RabbitMQ消息隊(duì)列、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的高可用性,并對(duì)該私有云平臺(tái)的功能和高可用性進(jìn)行了測(cè)試。本文是將云計(jì)算應(yīng)用于醫(yī)院信息化的一種嘗試,擬改變傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)院信息化的建設(shè)模式,并部署高可用、可擴(kuò)展的私有云平臺(tái),為醫(yī)院私有云平臺(tái)的大規(guī)模部署應(yīng)用提供一些寶貴經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:With the promotion of the new medical reform, the construction of hospital information has become the key development direction of the medical and health industry. With the increasing demand for medical and health services, the traditional hospital information has been unable to respond flexibly and effectively. Its architecture design and management mode can not meet the development requirements of the current digital hospital construction. The core technology and service mode of cloud computing are applied to the hospital information construction to realize the overall deployment of the platform and the centralized management of resources. Software and hardware are configured on demand to meet the requirements of reliability, scalability, high availability, security and on-demand service in practical applications. The purpose of this paper is to study the application of cloud computing core technology in hospital informatization, to integrate "cloud architecture" with hospital information system, and to put forward the management idea of unified operation and maintenance platform. The basic information platform is built by virtualization technology to improve the utilization ratio of resources, and the high availability of the platform is realized by using Pacemaker cluster management software and HAProxy load balancing, which provides the guarantee for the 7 脳 24 hours uninterrupted service mode in hospital. To realize the transformation from the traditional hospital information construction to the new hospital information service mode. Firstly, this paper expounds the development status of the traditional hospital information construction and the problems to be solved urgently, such as the "chimney" deployment model, and so on. This paper analyzes the application status of cloud computing in the medical industry at home and abroad, analyzes the application advantages of cloud computing core technology and architecture in hospital information construction, and studies the OpenStack open source cloud computing platform in detail. Secondly, The operation and maintenance management platform based on Web is designed. The open source platform and extensible deployment are used to improve the resource performance and utilization, and reduce the construction cost and maintenance cost of IaaS platform. At the same time, the design of OpenStack multi-node high availability architecture is carried out. Finally, the multi-node deployment of OpenStack open source cloud platform is carried out, which is based on Web operation and maintenance management platform, computing, network, storage of RabbitMQ message queue. The function and high availability of the private cloud platform are tested. This paper is an attempt to apply cloud computing to hospital informatization, to change the construction mode of traditional hospital informatization, and to deploy high availability. The scalable private cloud platform provides some valuable experience for large-scale deployment of hospital private cloud platform.
