【摘要】:伴隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,工業(yè)自動化測控系統(tǒng)的不斷更新,工業(yè)現(xiàn)場對數(shù)據(jù)采集以及傳輸設(shè)備的依賴愈發(fā)強烈。高速、實時的通信總線是數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?shù)募~帶,在實現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化測試系統(tǒng)中占據(jù)重要地位。以太網(wǎng)現(xiàn)場總線是工業(yè)控制領(lǐng)域的重要成員,其應(yīng)用廣泛、成本低廉、通信速率高等特點,在通信設(shè)備互聯(lián)以及信息集成中發(fā)揮著重要作用。但是以太網(wǎng)實時性較差是其軟肋,Ethernet POWERLINK工業(yè)實時以太網(wǎng)的出現(xiàn),彌補了傳統(tǒng)以太網(wǎng)的不足,并且只要有以太網(wǎng)接口的設(shè)備都可以應(yīng)用。在工業(yè)現(xiàn)場應(yīng)用中,被測設(shè)備的接口各異,為了滿足多種應(yīng)用場合,可在傳輸設(shè)備中增加了其他應(yīng)用較為廣泛的數(shù)據(jù)傳輸接口,多接口設(shè)計將會使得通信系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)無差異傳輸,應(yīng)用更加廣泛。本系統(tǒng)設(shè)計了六種接口,除了實時性較高的POWERLINK接口外,還集成了兩種有線接口CAN、RS485,以及3種無線接口RF433、ZigBee、WI-FI。所有接口可以通過預(yù)設(shè)置,配置其主從口。路由器上行口為3種有線的一種,下行口為其余五種接口的任意組合。本系統(tǒng)采用基于FPGA和openPowerlink協(xié)議棧實現(xiàn)了POWERLINK從站接口設(shè)計,STM32作為系統(tǒng)的核心控制器,使用自帶的UART和CAN控制器實現(xiàn)了RS485總線接口和CAN總線接口設(shè)計,通過UART和SPI外掛無線模塊實現(xiàn)了RF433接口和WI-FI接口,采用MSP430加CC2520模塊和Z-stack協(xié)議棧實現(xiàn)了ZigBee接口。系統(tǒng)軟件使用RTX多任務(wù)實時操作系統(tǒng),完成多任務(wù)調(diào)度;赑OWERLINK的多接口路由器的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn),完成了多種通信接口之間的靈活轉(zhuǎn)換和協(xié)議互通,擴展了工業(yè)現(xiàn)場數(shù)據(jù)采集和傳輸?shù)姆秶?根據(jù)工業(yè)現(xiàn)場實際情況,能夠靈活配置,為后續(xù)改進系統(tǒng)性能以及實現(xiàn)更多類型的網(wǎng)絡(luò)接入提供了解決方案。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of science and technology and the continuous updating of industrial automation measurement and control system, the industrial field relies more and more on data acquisition and transmission equipment. High speed, real-time communication bus is the link of data transmission. Ethernet fieldbus is an important member of industrial control field, which is widely used, low cost, high communication rate and so on. It plays an important role in communication equipment interconnection and information integration, but the bad real-time performance of Ethernet is the appearance of Ethernet POWERLINK industry real time Ethernet, which makes up for the deficiency of traditional Ethernet. In the industrial field application, the interface of the tested equipment is different, in order to satisfy many kinds of applications, other widely used data transmission interfaces can be added in the transmission equipment. Multi-interface design will enable the communication system to achieve non-differential transmission, more widely used. This system designed six interfaces, in addition to the real-time POWERLINK interface, It also integrates two wired interfaces, CANU RS485, and three wireless interfaces, RF433N ZigBeeWI-FI.All interfaces can be configured by pre-setting their master-slave ports. The router uplink port is one of three wired ports. The downlink port is any combination of the other five interfaces. This system uses POWERLINK slave station interface design based on FPGA and openPowerlink protocol stack as the core controller of the system. The design of RS485 bus interface and CAN bus interface is realized by using UART and CAN controller, and RF433 interface and WI-FI interface are realized by UART and SPI external module. The ZigBee interface is implemented by MSP430 plus CC2520 module and Z-stack protocol stack. The system software uses RTX multitask real-time operating system to complete multitask scheduling. The design and implementation of multi-interface router based on POWERLINK are presented. The flexible conversion and protocol interworking between various communication interfaces have been completed, and the scope of data collection and transmission in industrial field has been expanded. According to the actual situation of industrial field, it can be configured flexibly. It provides a solution for further improvement of system performance and implementation of more types of network access.
