【摘要】：隨著云計算技術的逐漸成熟，網(wǎng)絡信息資源的傳播與共享變得更加快速便捷，但由于對網(wǎng)絡信息資源的傳播和發(fā)布缺乏嚴格的審核機制，使得大量低質量、不實信息充斥其中。因此，對已有網(wǎng)絡信息資源的質量進行分析評價，使高質量資源能為用戶所使用，是提高網(wǎng)絡信息資源使用效率的關鍵。 本文首先分析了云計算技術的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，總結了網(wǎng)絡信息資源評價的相關理論和常用方法。在綜合分析現(xiàn)有評價標準與各評價方法優(yōu)缺點的基礎上，將網(wǎng)絡信息資源評價方法運用于網(wǎng)絡教育資源評價中，結合德爾菲法、層次分析法和模糊綜合評價法，構建了一套網(wǎng)絡教育資源綜合評價模型。通過該模型建立了對網(wǎng)絡教育資源定性評價、定量評價、反饋評價，三個維度的評價指標體系，，并為相關指標分配了權重值。 最后，本文搭建了一個以OpenStack云計算平臺為基礎的教育資源共享系統(tǒng)，并將建立的網(wǎng)絡教育資源評價模型應用于該平臺之上，實現(xiàn)了對平臺教育資源的綜合評價功能。其評價結果客觀、準確，達到了預期的目標。
[Abstract]:With the maturity of cloud computing technology, the dissemination and sharing of network information resources become more rapid and convenient. However, due to the lack of strict audit mechanism for the dissemination and distribution of network information resources, a large number of low quality, Therefore, it is the key to improve the efficiency of the use of network information resources to analyze and evaluate the quality of existing network information resources so that high quality resources can be used by users. This paper first analyzes the development of cloud computing technology, summarizes the relevant theories and common methods of network information resource evaluation, on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the existing evaluation standards and the advantages and disadvantages of each evaluation method, The evaluation method of network information resources is applied to the evaluation of network education resources, combined with Delphi method, analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. In this paper, a comprehensive evaluation model of network education resources is established, through which the evaluation index system of qualitative evaluation, quantitative evaluation, feedback evaluation and three dimensions of evaluation index system are established, and the weights are assigned to the related indicators. Finally, this paper builds an educational resource sharing system based on OpenStack cloud computing platform, and applies the network education resource evaluation model to this platform. The comprehensive evaluation function of platform educational resources is realized, and the evaluation results are objective, accurate and achieve the expected goal.
