【摘要】：通過(guò)德爾菲法進(jìn)行網(wǎng)站服務(wù)質(zhì)量影響因素的篩選,在分析各個(gè)因素之間的關(guān)系時(shí),借鑒PageRank的投票思想,將影響網(wǎng)站服務(wù)質(zhì)量的因素間的相互影響視作網(wǎng)頁(yè)間的相互鏈接,產(chǎn)生影響視為投票,利用各個(gè)因素之間存在的內(nèi)部關(guān)系計(jì)算影響力值,最終得到影響網(wǎng)站服務(wù)質(zhì)量的因素重要性排序,為網(wǎng)站服務(wù)質(zhì)量的評(píng)價(jià)提供了參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:Through the Delphi method to screen the influencing factors of the website service quality, when analyzing the relationship between the various factors, using PageRank's voting thought as reference, the mutual influence of the factors affecting the service quality of the website is regarded as the mutual link between the web pages. The influence is regarded as a vote, and the influence value is calculated by the internal relationship between the factors. Finally, the importance ranking of the factors affecting the quality of service on the website is obtained, which provides a reference for the evaluation of the service quality of the website.
