【摘要】：鑒于當(dāng)下電子技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)、嵌入式集成技術(shù)的大幅度進(jìn)步和發(fā)展,為構(gòu)建一個公共衛(wèi)生信息系統(tǒng)提供了技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)。另外,由于國內(nèi)環(huán)境的特殊性:人口密集、醫(yī)療院所繁多,管理平臺較少,真正實現(xiàn)資源共享尚未實現(xiàn),本論文建立了一個以技術(shù)為導(dǎo)向、以服務(wù)為本質(zhì)、以信息為平臺的醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生綜合服務(wù)系統(tǒng)。本系統(tǒng)的框架采用SOA架構(gòu),通過WebService來實現(xiàn)對SOA的支持。同時選取J2EE的多層體系架構(gòu),基于SOA架構(gòu)實現(xiàn)服務(wù)。數(shù)據(jù)采集和交換系統(tǒng)將用ESB技術(shù)來架構(gòu)業(yè)務(wù)組件功能。數(shù)據(jù)共享與交換平臺的建立采用SOA技術(shù)。平臺的數(shù)據(jù)展現(xiàn)的幾個模塊為即席查詢、交互式儀表板、靜態(tài)報表、分析內(nèi)容下載、主動預(yù)警、嵌入OFFICE的分析、BI服務(wù)器和可視化服務(wù)器等。對于普通居民用戶而言,以醫(yī)療健康保健卡為系統(tǒng)入口,掃描個人ID來獲取個人信息。對于一些隱私性信息、病例等,可以設(shè)置密碼保護(hù)。系統(tǒng)能夠刪除個人信息,提供專家會診申請等方法來獲取專家解決方案。對于醫(yī)護(hù)工作者的客戶端,借助診療平臺和相關(guān)PC聯(lián)網(wǎng)系統(tǒng),查詢病例診療參考,專門對接一個大的診療數(shù)據(jù)庫,除了有每種病人的基本情況,還設(shè)有疾病的以往經(jīng)驗分析等。本系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn),將極大改善廣大居民的醫(yī)療服務(wù)體驗。其范圍可以覆蓋城鄉(xiāng)的廣大居民,讓人民群眾享受到安全可靠、有效便捷、方便生活、價格實惠、貼近民生的醫(yī)療服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:In view of the great progress and development of current electronic technology, network technology and embedded integration technology, which provides the technical foundation for the construction of a public health information system, and because of the particularity of the domestic environment: population density, There are many medical institutions, few management platforms, and the real realization of resource sharing has not yet been realized. This paper has established a technology-oriented, service-oriented nature, The framework of this system adopts SOA architecture, and supports SOA through WebService. At the same time, the J2EE multi-tier architecture is selected. The data acquisition and exchange system will use ESB technology to construct the business component function. The establishment of data sharing and exchange platform is based on SOA technology. Several modules of data display of the platform are ad hoc query, interactive dashboard. Static report, analysis content download, active warning, embedded OFFICE analysis BI server and visual server, etc. For ordinary residents, the health care card is the system entry. Scanning personal ID to obtain personal information. For some privacy information, cases, you can set up password protection. The system can delete personal information, Provide expert consultation application and other methods to obtain expert solution. For the client of health care workers, with the help of diagnosis and treatment platform and related PC networking system, inquire the case diagnosis and treatment reference, specially docking a large diagnosis and treatment database. In addition to the basic conditions of each patient, there are also past experience analyses of diseases. The realization of this system will greatly improve the medical service experience of the vast number of residents. Its scope can cover the vast number of urban and rural residents. Let people enjoy safe and reliable, effective and convenient, convenient, affordable, close to the people's livelihood of medical services.
