【摘要】：當(dāng)前用戶偽裝攻擊檢測方法無法適應(yīng)動態(tài)環(huán)境,實時性不高;且需要準(zhǔn)確的先驗知識,檢測精度較低。提出一種新的在線社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)中用戶偽裝攻擊檢測方法,介紹了k最鄰近節(jié)點(KNN)算法的基本思想,給出KNN算法的實現(xiàn)過程。分析了用戶偽裝攻擊檢測與分類的關(guān)系,確定在線社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)中用戶偽裝攻擊檢測就是對被檢測的未知行為進行分類的過程。針對用戶行為,將訓(xùn)練集中正常用戶行為的鄰居進行排列,通過和k相似的鄰居的分類標(biāo)簽對新用戶行為類別進行判斷,從而實現(xiàn)用戶偽裝攻擊檢測。實驗結(jié)果表明,所提方法不僅檢測精度高,而且開銷小。
[Abstract]:The current user camouflage attack detection method can not adapt to the dynamic environment, and the real-time performance is not high, and needs accurate prior knowledge, and the detection accuracy is low. A new detection method of user camouflage attack in online social network is proposed. This paper introduces the basic idea of k nearest neighbor node (KNN) algorithm, gives the implementation process of KNN algorithm, and analyzes the relationship between user camouflage attack detection and classification. Identifying user camouflage attack detection in online social networks is the process of classifying the unknown behavior being detected. According to the user behavior, the neighbors who are trained to concentrate on the normal user behavior are arranged. New user behavior categories are judged by classifying labels similar to k neighbors, and user camouflage attack detection is realized. Experimental results show that the proposed method not only has high detection accuracy but also has low cost.
