因特網(wǎng)業(yè)務(wù)質(zhì)量監(jiān)測與評(píng)估的關(guān)鍵問題研究

【摘要】:隨著Internet技術(shù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)帶寬的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展,各種因特網(wǎng)業(yè)務(wù),如:網(wǎng)絡(luò)購物、微博、在線視頻等已經(jīng)成為人們生活?yuàn)蕵返囊徊糠。與傳統(tǒng)的網(wǎng)頁瀏覽等業(yè)務(wù)相比新興的因特網(wǎng)業(yè)務(wù)具有很高的實(shí)時(shí)性,所以需要更高的網(wǎng)絡(luò)帶寬,更小的網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)延和抖動(dòng)。并且目前基于TCP/IP的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)所提供的是一種“盡力而為”的服務(wù),在傳輸質(zhì)量方面并沒有保障機(jī)制,特別是網(wǎng)絡(luò)帶寬,丟包率,時(shí)延等經(jīng)常變化,很不穩(wěn)定。因此對(duì)因特網(wǎng)業(yè)務(wù)質(zhì)量進(jìn)行監(jiān)測與評(píng)估具有重要意義。 本文首先從因特網(wǎng)質(zhì)量監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)出發(fā),對(duì)整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)與功能進(jìn)行了介紹,緊接著介紹了因特網(wǎng)業(yè)務(wù)質(zhì)量監(jiān)測相關(guān)應(yīng)用層與傳輸層協(xié)議,然后歸納和總結(jié)了因特網(wǎng)業(yè)務(wù)質(zhì)量監(jiān)測的相關(guān)指標(biāo)。在論文接下來的部分中主要對(duì)因特網(wǎng)業(yè)務(wù)質(zhì)量監(jiān)測與評(píng)估的關(guān)鍵問題進(jìn)行了研究。 首先對(duì)因特網(wǎng)業(yè)務(wù)質(zhì)量監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)中的視頻業(yè)務(wù)質(zhì)量監(jiān)測模塊進(jìn)行研究,主要介紹了視頻業(yè)務(wù)監(jiān)測模塊已經(jīng)實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能,并且詳細(xì)闡述了視頻業(yè)務(wù)質(zhì)量監(jiān)測模塊需要優(yōu)化和改進(jìn)的功能以及這些功能的具體實(shí)現(xiàn)。使得優(yōu)化和改進(jìn)后的視頻質(zhì)量監(jiān)測模塊支持對(duì)主流視頻網(wǎng)站的主要視頻格式的質(zhì)量監(jiān)測。 接著對(duì)路由出口監(jiān)測業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行研究,詳細(xì)說明了路由出口監(jiān)測業(yè)務(wù)的研究意義以及路由出口監(jiān)測模塊監(jiān)測點(diǎn)以及服務(wù)器端的詳細(xì)實(shí)現(xiàn)。同時(shí)對(duì)該系統(tǒng)得出的可疑路由結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,驗(yàn)證系統(tǒng)的正確性。 本文最后對(duì)因特網(wǎng)業(yè)務(wù)質(zhì)量主觀綜合評(píng)估進(jìn)行研究,提出了一個(gè)業(yè)務(wù)質(zhì)量主觀綜合評(píng)估模型,對(duì)因特網(wǎng)業(yè)務(wù)質(zhì)量監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)監(jiān)測到的業(yè)務(wù)提取出關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)并進(jìn)行質(zhì)量綜合評(píng)估,從而來反映用戶體驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:With the further development of Internet technology and network bandwidth, various Internet services, such as Internet shopping, Weibo, Online video has become a part of people's life and entertainment. Compared with traditional web browsing and other services, the new Internet services have high real-time performance, so they need higher network bandwidth. At present, the Internet based on TCP/IP provides a kind of "best effort" service, and there is no guarantee mechanism in terms of transmission quality, especially network bandwidth, packet loss rate, delay and so on. It is very unstable. Therefore, it is important to monitor and evaluate the quality of Internet services. This paper first introduces the structure and function of the whole system from the perspective of the Internet quality monitoring system, and then introduces the application layer and transport layer protocol related to the quality monitoring of Internet services. Then the related indexes of Internet service quality monitoring are summarized and the key issues of Internet service quality monitoring and evaluation are studied in the following part of this paper. Firstly, the video service quality monitoring module in the Internet service quality monitoring system is studied, and the functions of the video service monitoring module are mainly introduced. The functions of the video service quality monitoring module needed to be optimized and improved and the realization of these functions are described in detail. The optimized and improved video quality monitoring module supports the main video of the mainstream video website. Quality monitoring of format. Then, the research on the route exit monitoring service is carried out. The research significance of routing exit monitoring service and the detailed implementation of monitoring points of routing exit monitoring module as well as the server side are described in detail. Meanwhile, the suspicious routing results obtained by the system are analyzed to verify the correctness of the system. In the end of this paper, the subjective comprehensive evaluation of Internet service quality is studied, and a subjective comprehensive evaluation model of service quality is proposed, which extracts the key indexes and evaluates the quality of the services monitored by the Internet Service quality Monitoring system. To reflect the user experience.
