面向服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境中信任機(jī)制的研究

【摘要】:面向服務(wù)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)已經(jīng)成為下一代互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展的重中之重,“一切皆服務(wù)”的思想也已經(jīng)深入人心,而信任的缺乏仍然是影響面向服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)展的桎梏之一。在網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)模逐漸增大的情況下,由于絕大多數(shù)的服務(wù)提供者都是缺乏先驗(yàn)信息的陌生人,導(dǎo)致網(wǎng)絡(luò)中節(jié)點(diǎn)在選擇服務(wù)對(duì)象時(shí)無法確定該對(duì)象的可信性和可靠性。信任管理被認(rèn)為是幫助服務(wù)消費(fèi)者和提供者之間建立信任關(guān)系和共享信息的重要措施之一。但是,由于惡意節(jié)點(diǎn)的存在,尤其是策略型惡意節(jié)點(diǎn)的存在,使得信任模型很容易受到合謀、欺騙、間諜和偽裝等行為的攻擊,導(dǎo)致信任模型無法正確地衡量節(jié)點(diǎn)的信譽(yù)值,從而不能給服務(wù)請(qǐng)求節(jié)點(diǎn)一個(gè)有價(jià)值的服務(wù)選擇參考。針對(duì)這些惡意行為,本文從信任的描述、惡意推薦和反饋的過濾、信任傳播和服務(wù)選擇等方面出發(fā),提出了相關(guān)理論和解決方案,其主要貢獻(xiàn)如下: (1)在信任模型中,將信任主體劃分為多屬性的細(xì)粒度主體,通過模糊集合理論對(duì)信任關(guān)系進(jìn)行描述,引入屬性權(quán)系數(shù)以及上下文的概念,使直接信任以及推薦信任的評(píng)估更符合信任的特性和準(zhǔn)確。通過對(duì)各推薦權(quán)系數(shù)相似度和各推薦路徑格貼近度的計(jì)算,有效地屏蔽了惡意推薦。最后通過多重多維模糊推理和模糊可能推理理論解決了推薦信任向量的傳遞和合成,給出了一個(gè)面向服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下比較完整的信任評(píng)估模型。 (2)從評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制、局部信任值計(jì)算、信任傳播以及信任網(wǎng)絡(luò)的密度等四個(gè)方面,對(duì)經(jīng)典的EigenTrust模型進(jìn)行了分析和研究,并指出:EigenTrust設(shè)計(jì)缺陷的本質(zhì)原因在于其缺乏可抗攻擊性的局部信任值計(jì)算和統(tǒng)一的信任傳播機(jī)制。本文提出了基于多維評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制和服務(wù)質(zhì)量方差的局部信任值計(jì)算模型,并在信任傳播過程中引入了基于相似度權(quán)重統(tǒng)一信任傳播模型和相似度閡值的條件信任傳播模型。此外,本文還著重分析了衰減因子、跳轉(zhuǎn)策略等對(duì)信任傳播機(jī)制的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明:本文所提出的局部信任值計(jì)算模型和信任傳播機(jī)制都能在較為復(fù)雜的攻擊模型下展現(xiàn)出良好的可抗攻擊性。 (3)鑒于信任傳播機(jī)制對(duì)于信任模型性能影響的重要性,本文以Epinions網(wǎng)絡(luò)中采集到的數(shù)據(jù)為實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)集,對(duì)多種信任傳播機(jī)制進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)一的分析對(duì)比和驗(yàn)證,并提出了新的基于線性閾值的條件信任傳播機(jī)制。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明:在條件信任傳播機(jī)制中同時(shí)引入相似度權(quán)重和相似度閩值是提高信任模型可抗攻擊性的重要舉措。在對(duì)信任傳播機(jī)制的研究基礎(chǔ)上,我們發(fā)現(xiàn)基于線性閾值的條件信任傳播產(chǎn)生了一種新的服務(wù)選擇策略-基于激活值的服務(wù)選擇策略。實(shí)際網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)據(jù)集下實(shí)驗(yàn)表明:該策略和基于信譽(yù)值的服務(wù)選擇策略可以相輔相成,很好地提高信任模型的可抗攻擊性和降低時(shí)間復(fù)雜度。
[Abstract]:Service-oriented networks have become the top priority of the next generation of Internet development, and the idea of "all services" has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. However, the lack of trust is still one of the shackles that affect the development of service-oriented networks. With the increasing of network size, most service providers are strangers who lack prior information. Trust management is considered to be one of the important measures to help build trust relationship and share information between service consumers and providers. Because of the existence of malicious nodes, especially the existence of policy malicious nodes, the trust model is vulnerable to collusion, deception, espionage and camouflage, resulting in the trust model can not correctly measure the credibility of the nodes. In view of these malicious behaviors, this paper starts from the description of trust, the filtering of malicious recommendation and feedback, trust propagation and service selection, etc. The related theories and solutions are put forward, and their main contributions are as follows:. In the trust model, the trust agent is divided into fine-grained agents with multiple attributes, the trust relationship is described by fuzzy set theory, and the concept of attribute weight coefficient and context is introduced. The evaluation of direct trust and recommendation trust is more consistent with the characteristics and accuracy of trust. Finally, the transfer and composition of recommendation trust vector are solved by multi-multi-dimensional fuzzy reasoning and fuzzy possible reasoning theory, and a more complete trust evaluation model under service-oriented network environment is presented. 2) the classical EigenTrust model is analyzed and studied from four aspects: evaluation mechanism, local trust value calculation, trust propagation and the density of trust network. It is also pointed out that the essential reason for the defect of the design of the: EigenTrust is that it lacks the local trust value calculation and the unified trust propagation mechanism that can resist aggression. In this paper, a local trust value calculation model based on multidimensional evaluation mechanism and quality of service variance is proposed. In addition, a conditional trust propagation model based on similarity weighted unified trust propagation model and similarity threshold is introduced in the process of trust propagation. In addition, the attenuation factor is also analyzed in this paper. Experiments show that both the local trust value calculation model and the trust propagation mechanism presented in this paper can show good anti-aggression under the more complex attack model. 3) in view of the importance of trust propagation mechanism to the performance of trust model, this paper takes the data collected in Epinions network as the experimental data set, and makes a unified analysis and comparison and verification of various trust propagation mechanisms. A new conditional trust propagation mechanism based on linear threshold is proposed. The experimental results show that the introduction of similarity weight and similarity threshold in conditional trust propagation mechanism is an important measure to improve the robustness of trust model. Based on the research of trust communication mechanism, We find that conditional trust propagation based on linear threshold produces a new service selection strategy, which is based on the activation value. The experiments in the actual network data set show that the strategy and the service selection based on the credit value are presented. Alternative strategies can complement each other, It can improve the anti-aggression and reduce the time complexity of the trust model.
