【摘要】：在為用戶選擇并組合其滿意的Web服務(wù)時,預(yù)測Web服務(wù)缺失的服務(wù)質(zhì)量(quality of service,QoS)值是必要的。為解決該問題,提出一種R-SRec模型,加入用戶地理位置信息和服務(wù)的反向預(yù)測,提高預(yù)測精準(zhǔn)度。在基于用戶的協(xié)同過濾算法中融入用戶地理位置信息,提高參與預(yù)測數(shù)據(jù)的空間相關(guān)度;在基于服務(wù)的協(xié)同過濾算法中加入Web服務(wù)反向預(yù)測,緩解數(shù)據(jù)稀疏問題;根據(jù)不同的置信度融合兩種算法,對缺失的QoS值進(jìn)行預(yù)測。使用真實(shí)的數(shù)據(jù)集與其它3類常用的算法進(jìn)行比較,實(shí)驗結(jié)果表明,該方法的預(yù)測結(jié)果精確度更高。
[Abstract]:In order to solve this problem, it is necessary to predict the quality of service (QoS) missing in Web services when selecting and composing satisfactory Web services for users. In order to solve this problem, a R-SRec model is proposed to add user geographic location information and reverse prediction of services. Improve the accuracy of prediction. Incorporate user geographic location information into the user-based collaborative filtering algorithm, improve the spatial correlation of the participating prediction data; add Web services reverse prediction to the service-based collaborative filtering algorithm. The problem of data sparsity is alleviated and the missing QoS values are predicted according to two different confidence fusion algorithms. The real data sets are compared with other three kinds of commonly used algorithms. The experimental results show that, The accuracy of the method is higher.
