【摘要】：20世紀(jì)后期，信息化技術(shù)高速發(fā)展，1999年“政府上網(wǎng)工程”應(yīng)勢產(chǎn)生，體育政府網(wǎng)站正是在這樣的背景下建設(shè)發(fā)展的。體育政府網(wǎng)站是政府門戶網(wǎng)站的一個分支，它是由分管體育的政府部門設(shè)立的，在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上發(fā)布體育政務(wù)信息，處理體育工作事務(wù)、與體育群眾互動交流、服務(wù)社會的網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺。 目前我國省級體育政府網(wǎng)站在建設(shè)中存在的問題多于成績：網(wǎng)頁內(nèi)容設(shè)計(jì)方面，導(dǎo)航欄目混亂，外文版面和定制功能缺乏，搜索功能、使用幫助功能以及數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)功能大多無法有效使用，僅僅在體育元素的標(biāo)識性和網(wǎng)頁鏈接方面比較完善；網(wǎng)站的功能實(shí)現(xiàn)方面，信息公開與行政事務(wù)辦理均數(shù)量少、質(zhì)量差、申請難，互動交流單向化、程度淺。 同時，體育政府網(wǎng)站在建設(shè)中呈現(xiàn)出兩大特征：體育政府對自身形象宣傳的高度重視與體育政府網(wǎng)站新聞生產(chǎn)的特殊模式導(dǎo)致了網(wǎng)站極其突出的新聞宣傳性；歷史發(fā)展中政府對其服務(wù)大眾意識的缺乏與網(wǎng)站整合的不完善則導(dǎo)致了體育政府網(wǎng)站不如意的服務(wù)功能。 總的來看，體育政府網(wǎng)站的建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀在各政府網(wǎng)站中較為落后，存在的問題基本相似；在網(wǎng)站的發(fā)展水平上，體育政府網(wǎng)站呈現(xiàn)出不平衡的發(fā)展態(tài)勢；在體育事業(yè)發(fā)展的指導(dǎo)上，體育政府網(wǎng)站也沒有發(fā)揮應(yīng)有的作用。 面對目前的體育政府網(wǎng)站現(xiàn)狀，，若要對網(wǎng)站進(jìn)行改進(jìn)和完善，體育政府應(yīng)當(dāng)從網(wǎng)站的實(shí)際工作出發(fā)，制定規(guī)范體育政府網(wǎng)站的工作制度，提升服務(wù)意識；加快體育政府各部門之間的平臺整合，強(qiáng)化體育政府網(wǎng)站的辦事能力；加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)站與政務(wù)微博的合作，擴(kuò)大體育政府網(wǎng)站與大眾的互動交流；建立高效的投訴體系，增強(qiáng)監(jiān)督力度。
[Abstract]:At the later stage of the 20th century , the rapid development of information technology , the " government online project " in 1999 should be generated , and the website of sports government is under the background of construction . The website of sports government is a branch of the government portal , which is established by the government department of the branch of sports , publishes sports political affairs information on the Internet , deals with sports affairs , interacts with the sports mass , and serves the social network platform . At present , there are more problems in the construction of provincial sports government websites in our country : the content design of web pages , the confusion of navigation columns , the lack of external layout and customization function , the search function , the use of the help function and the data statistics function are not effectively used , only in terms of the identification of sports elements and the link of web pages ; At the same time , the sports government website presents two main characteristics in the construction : the great importance attached to the public image propaganda by the sports government and the special mode of the news production of the website of the sports government have led to the extremely prominent news publicity of the website ; the lack of the government ' s awareness of the public consciousness of the service and the imperfect integration of the website result in the unsatisfactory service function of the website of the sports government . Generally speaking , the construction of sports government website is relatively backward in various government websites , and the existing problems are basically similar ; at the development level of the website , the website of sports government appears unbalanced development trend ; in the direction of the development of sports cause , the website of sports government has not played a proper role . In the face of the present situation of sports government websites , if the website needs to be improved and perfected , the sports government should set up the work system of regulating the website of sports government from the actual work of the website , promote the service consciousness , accelerate the platform integration between the various departments of the sports government , strengthen the service ability of the sports government website , strengthen the cooperation between the website and the government micro - blog , expand the interactive communication between the sports government website and the public , and establish an efficient complaint system and enhance the supervision .
