【摘要】：教育信息化在當(dāng)下國(guó)家信息化發(fā)展的大環(huán)境中起著重要的作用，，超前部署教育信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)在新頒布的《國(guó)家中長(zhǎng)期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要》中被提及，可見教育信息化將是當(dāng)前教育熱點(diǎn)。在《江西省中長(zhǎng)期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要(2010-2020)》當(dāng)中明確指出：“以廣播電視大學(xué)開放教育為基礎(chǔ)，整合教育資源，辦好開放大學(xué)”。江西廣播電視大學(xué)作為江西特色的遠(yuǎn)程教育機(jī)構(gòu)，堅(jiān)持“以質(zhì)量求生存，以特色求發(fā)展，以創(chuàng)新求未來”的發(fā)展理念，大力改進(jìn)校園基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、校園網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)建設(shè)，提升遠(yuǎn)程教學(xué)服務(wù)效率，主動(dòng)適應(yīng)和融入江西經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展。 本論文以江西廣播電視大學(xué)校園建設(shè)為背景，以建設(shè)江西開放大學(xué)為契機(jī)，從智慧校園的需求出發(fā)，對(duì)學(xué)校校園網(wǎng)建設(shè)、規(guī)劃進(jìn)行了闡述。在具體設(shè)計(jì)上，以校園監(jiān)控、云教室為例，充分考慮學(xué)校遠(yuǎn)程教育環(huán)境，體現(xiàn)了智慧校園特征。 本人完成的主要工作如下： （1）分析高校數(shù)字化現(xiàn)狀以及云計(jì)算在現(xiàn)今教育技術(shù)中的應(yīng)用。 （2）對(duì)江西廣播電視大學(xué)校園網(wǎng)進(jìn)行了充分調(diào)查與研究，歸納校園網(wǎng)的整體需求，結(jié)合學(xué)校實(shí)際情況，做出校園網(wǎng)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)劃方案。 （3）分析了學(xué)校網(wǎng)絡(luò)面臨的安全威脅，做出校園網(wǎng)安全保障設(shè)計(jì)方案。 （4）研究監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)理論，設(shè)計(jì)校園監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)，實(shí)現(xiàn)和諧平安校園。 （5）設(shè)計(jì)云教室系統(tǒng)，實(shí)現(xiàn)互聯(lián)互通、內(nèi)容共享，物理與虛擬結(jié)合的教學(xué)環(huán)境。 （6）設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)校網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)與學(xué)習(xí)資源庫建設(shè)方案，為構(gòu)建江西終身教育體系和建設(shè)學(xué)習(xí)型社會(huì)的做出貢獻(xiàn)。 本論文的研究在一定程度上可以提升江西廣播電視大學(xué)信息化校園建設(shè)，為學(xué)校的行政管理、教學(xué)科研等工作服務(wù)，同時(shí)也為兄弟院校智慧校園建設(shè)提供實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)與參考。
[Abstract]:Education informatization plays an important role in the current environment of national informatization development. The advanced deployment of educational information network is mentioned in the newly promulgated outline of the National medium and long term Education Reform and Development Plan. It can be seen that education informatization will be the current education hot spot. In the outline of the medium and long term Education Reform and Development Plan of Jiangxi Province 2010-2020, it is clearly pointed out: "based on open education in Radio and Television University." As a distance education institution with Jiangxi characteristics, Jiangxi Radio and Television University adheres to the concept of "survival by quality, development by characteristics, innovation and future by innovation". To improve the campus infrastructure, the construction of campus network platform, improve the efficiency of distance teaching services, and actively adapt to and integrate into the economic and social development of Jiangxi. This paper takes the campus construction of Jiangxi Radio and Television University as the background, takes the construction of Jiangxi Open University as an opportunity, from the needs of the intelligent campus, expounds the construction and planning of the campus network. Taking campus monitoring and cloud classroom as an example, the distance education environment of school is fully considered, which embodies the characteristics of intelligent campus. The main tasks I have accomplished are as follows: 1) analyze the status quo of digitalization in colleges and universities and the application of cloud computing in modern education technology. 2) the campus network of Jiangxi Radio and TV University has been investigated and studied, the overall demand of campus network has been summarized, and the design plan of campus network has been made according to the actual situation of the school. This paper analyzes the security threats faced by the school network, and makes the design scheme of the campus network security guarantee. 4) study the theory of monitoring system, design the campus monitoring system, and realize the harmonious and safe campus. 5) designing the cloud classroom system, realizing the teaching environment of interconnection, content sharing, physics and virtual combination. 6) designing the construction scheme of school network platform and learning resource bank, which will contribute to the construction of Jiangxi lifelong education system and the construction of learning society. To a certain extent, the research of this paper can promote the construction of Jiangxi Radio and Television University information campus, and serve the school administration, teaching and scientific research and other work. At the same time, it also provides practical guidance and reference for the construction of intelligent campus in fraternal colleges and universities.
