基于SOA架構的食藥數字監(jiān)管平臺

【摘要】:基于SOA架構的食藥數字監(jiān)管平臺主要實現(xiàn)監(jiān)管部門對當前食品、藥品進行數字化、信息化監(jiān)管。借助SOA技術手段,,通過數字監(jiān)管平臺的建設更好的為社會公眾提供食品藥品安全保障。 食藥數字監(jiān)管系統(tǒng)在業(yè)務上分為五類,包括藥品、醫(yī)療器械、保健食品、化妝品和餐飲服務環(huán)節(jié)食品安全。又可以分為四條業(yè)務主線:行政許可、日常監(jiān)管、抽樣檢驗和稽查辦案。另外,食藥監(jiān)管局作為政府單位,各個處室、直屬單位、各區(qū)縣分局等還涉及行政辦公。 本系統(tǒng)基于Java EE標準、應用一體化應用架構SOA、可視化流程管理中間件、報表中間件、數據交換與挖掘、XML與WebService等技術,保障系統(tǒng)安全穩(wěn)定;基于自動化開發(fā)管理平臺、采用RUP組織開發(fā),實現(xiàn)過程透明管理。 本系統(tǒng)SOA設計,采用服務總線與數據交換產品構建企業(yè)服務總線(ESB),在中心數據庫基礎上提供于食藥監(jiān)管平臺各子系統(tǒng)基礎數據支撐、業(yè)務數據交互服務,通過WebService技術,采用微內核框架,定義標準接口使得系統(tǒng)中服務以統(tǒng)一和標準的方式進行交互,從而使內網系統(tǒng)和外網系統(tǒng)之間,內網各子系統(tǒng)之間,外網與省局業(yè)務系統(tǒng)、市兄弟局系統(tǒng)、其他外部系統(tǒng)可以通過企業(yè)服務總線直接調用相關服務,取得需要的數據、使用相關業(yè)務,支撐起整個系統(tǒng)的數據交互和業(yè)務流轉,更好的解決應用層面交互的問題。 根據系統(tǒng)具體建設內容及當前業(yè)務需求梳理、分析,現(xiàn)階段系統(tǒng)主要的業(yè)務服務包括基礎服務(組織架構服務、基礎數據字典、基礎業(yè)務字典、內容管理服務、企業(yè)基本信息)、業(yè)務類信息服務(包括行政許可服務、動態(tài)監(jiān)控服務、日常監(jiān)督服務、信用檔案服務、稽查辦案服務、綜合查詢統(tǒng)計服務)。
[Abstract]:Based on the SOA framework, the digital supervision platform of food and medicine mainly realizes the supervision of the current food and drug digitalization, information supervision and SOA technology. Through the construction of digital regulatory platform for the public to provide better food and drug safety protection. The digital food and drug regulatory system is divided into five categories, including drugs, medical devices, health food, cosmetics and catering services, food safety, and can be divided into four main lines of business: administrative licensing, daily supervision. In addition, the Administration of Food and Drug Administration, as a government unit, each office, directly under the unit, each district and county sub-bureau also involves administrative office. The system is based on Java EE standard, application integration application framework SOA, visual process management middleware, report middleware, data exchange and mining. XML, WebService and other technologies to ensure the safety and stability of the system; Based on automatic development and management platform, RUP organization is adopted to realize transparent process management. The SOA design of this system adopts service bus and data exchange product to construct the enterprise service bus ESBN, which is based on the central database to support the basic data of each subsystem of the food and drug management platform. Business data interactive services, through WebService technology, using the micro-kernel framework, define the standard interface to make the services in the system in a unified and standard way to interact. So that the intranet system and the extranet system between the inner network subsystems between the external network and provincial bureau business system municipal brother bureau system other external systems can directly through the enterprise service bus related services. Get the needed data, use the related business, support the whole system of data interaction and business flow, better solve the problem of application level interaction. According to the specific construction of the system and the current business needs combing, analysis, the system at this stage of the main business services including basic services (organizational structure services, basic data dictionary, basic business dictionary). Content management service, enterprise basic information service, business information service (including administrative license service, dynamic monitoring service, daily supervision service, credit file service, audit case service, comprehensive inquiry and statistics service).
