基于Powerlink的實時以太網(wǎng)協(xié)議分析及其應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:一直以來,現(xiàn)場總線技術(shù)廣泛應(yīng)用于工業(yè)控制領(lǐng)域,但隨著工業(yè)自動化的發(fā)展,現(xiàn)場總線技術(shù)已經(jīng)無法滿足工業(yè)控制過程中高速、高實時、強確定性、大容量數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?shù)男枨。工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)技術(shù)以其通信速率高、實時性強、確定性強、開放性好、資源共享能力強等特點在工業(yè)控制領(lǐng)域越來越受到關(guān)注。Powerlink憑借其實時性好、確定性強、協(xié)議開源、無需任何授權(quán)費用成為工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)的代表,在工業(yè)控制領(lǐng)域有著非常廣泛的應(yīng)用前景。本文針對Powerlink實時以太網(wǎng)協(xié)議及應(yīng)用進(jìn)行深入分析,主要研究內(nèi)容如下:(1)通過對Powerlink協(xié)議基礎(chǔ)知識的學(xué)習(xí),為Powerlink協(xié)議的研究打下堅實的基礎(chǔ)。(2)Powerlink協(xié)議支持兩種工作模式,即基于請求/應(yīng)答模式(PReq/PRes)和基于定時主動上報模式(PRC),本文對兩種模式的實現(xiàn)機制進(jìn)行介紹,通過性能對比分析,得出兩種工作模式各自的優(yōu)點和缺點,為不同的應(yīng)用場合提供了選擇依據(jù)。(3)通過搭建Powerlink通信網(wǎng)絡(luò),介紹Powerlink協(xié)議在Linux操作系統(tǒng)上的具體實現(xiàn)過程;赪indows操作系統(tǒng)下進(jìn)行主從站通信測試,使用Wireshark網(wǎng)絡(luò)診斷工具獲取網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)據(jù)包,對數(shù)據(jù)包的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行分析。(4)將Powerlink協(xié)議應(yīng)用于NT300集散控制系統(tǒng),以解決網(wǎng)絡(luò)負(fù)載過重、實時性差的問題。介紹Powerlink協(xié)議的兩種網(wǎng)關(guān)設(shè)計方法,在此基礎(chǔ)上對集散控制系統(tǒng)的整體網(wǎng)絡(luò)架構(gòu)進(jìn)行設(shè)計。
[Abstract]:Field-bus technology has been widely used in industrial control field, but with the development of industrial automation, fieldbus technology has been unable to meet the high speed, high real-time and strong certainty in the industrial control process. Industrial Ethernet technology is characterized by its high communication rate, high real-time, strong certainty and good openness. Resource sharing ability has attracted more and more attention in the field of industrial control. Powerlink has the advantages of good real-time, strong certainty and open source protocol. As the representative of industrial Ethernet without any authorization fee, it has a very wide application prospect in the field of industrial control. In this paper, the protocol and application of Powerlink real-time Ethernet are deeply analyzed. The main research contents are as follows: 1) Learning the basic knowledge of Powerlink protocol. To lay a solid foundation for the research of Powerlink protocol. That is, based on the request / response mode PReq / PResand based on the timing of the active reporting mode, this paper introduces the implementation mechanism of the two modes, through performance comparison analysis. The advantages and disadvantages of the two working modes are obtained, which provide the basis for the selection of different applications. 3) through the establishment of Powerlink communication network. The implementation process of Powerlink protocol on Linux operating system is introduced. The master-slave communication test based on Windows operating system is carried out. Wireshark network diagnosis tool is used to obtain the network data packet, and the contents of the data packet are analyzed. 4) the Powerlink protocol is applied to the NT300 distributed control system. In order to solve the problem of overloaded network and poor real-time, two gateway design methods of Powerlink protocol are introduced, and the overall network architecture of distributed control system is designed on this basis.
