【摘要】：為豐富網(wǎng)站評價研究的理論基礎(chǔ),深化并豐富"全評價"的內(nèi)容和應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域,證明"全評價"的科學(xué)性,本文構(gòu)建既具特色又對科技網(wǎng)站評價具有普適性功能的信息質(zhì)量評價模型。結(jié)合顧客滿意理論,將"全評價"體系框架運用于科技網(wǎng)站評價研究。運用結(jié)構(gòu)方程技術(shù)構(gòu)建包含科技前沿性、科技創(chuàng)新效用、知識或技能效用三個創(chuàng)新性評價指標(biāo),由信息內(nèi)容質(zhì)量、信息效用質(zhì)量和用戶滿意三個變量組成的"基于結(jié)構(gòu)方程的科技網(wǎng)站信息質(zhì)量評價模型"。依據(jù)擬合指標(biāo)驗證模型成立,證明"全評價"中內(nèi)容評價與效用評價之間的因果關(guān)系。根據(jù)模型計算得出實證對象評價結(jié)果及排名。通過檢驗證明模型的科學(xué)性和可靠性。
[Abstract]:In order to enrich the theoretical basis of website evaluation, deepen and enrich the content and application fields of "total evaluation", prove the scientific nature of "total evaluation". This paper constructs the information quality evaluation model which has the characteristic and has the universal function to the science and technology website appraisal, unifies the customer satisfaction theory. The framework of "total evaluation" is applied to the evaluation of science and technology website. The structural equation technology is used to construct three innovative evaluation indexes, namely, the scientific and technological frontier, the scientific and technological innovation utility, and the knowledge or skill utility. "Information quality evaluation model based on structural equation", which consists of three variables: information content quality, information utility quality and user satisfaction, is established according to fitting index. This paper proves the causality between content evaluation and utility evaluation in "Total Evaluation". According to the calculation of the model, the evaluation results and ranking of the empirical objects are obtained, and the scientific and reliability of the model are proved by testing.
