【摘要】：某機(jī)場(chǎng)是保障航班日常運(yùn)行的業(yè)務(wù)主管單位。該機(jī)場(chǎng)的航班目前經(jīng)營(yíng)多條航線,航班售票一直采用人工手動(dòng)售票方式,不能滿足日益增長(zhǎng)的客流量的需求,阻礙了機(jī)場(chǎng)信息化管理水平的提高。隨著計(jì)算機(jī)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展,為了提高該機(jī)場(chǎng)航班售票系統(tǒng)的效率,擬研制一套網(wǎng)絡(luò)自動(dòng)訂售票系統(tǒng)。該訂售票系統(tǒng)不僅可以實(shí)現(xiàn)訂售票的自動(dòng)化管理,而且可以使該機(jī)場(chǎng)的服務(wù)更加人性化,提高旅客的滿意度。另外,網(wǎng)絡(luò)自動(dòng)訂售票系統(tǒng)的研制成功,還將為該機(jī)場(chǎng)的信息化建設(shè)和管理提供幫助。本文圍繞該網(wǎng)絡(luò)自動(dòng)訂售票系統(tǒng)的研制開(kāi)展了如下研究工作:(1)對(duì)某機(jī)場(chǎng)實(shí)際售票系統(tǒng)存在的問(wèn)題和需求進(jìn)行了充分調(diào)研,并對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外航空售票系統(tǒng)采用的各種技術(shù)進(jìn)行了分析。(2)在對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外航空售票系統(tǒng)了解和分析的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合某機(jī)場(chǎng)實(shí)際售票系統(tǒng)存在的問(wèn)題和需求,確定了該機(jī)場(chǎng)航班網(wǎng)絡(luò)自動(dòng)訂售票系統(tǒng)的總體結(jié)構(gòu),制定了詳實(shí)的設(shè)計(jì)路線。(3)按照確定的網(wǎng)絡(luò)自動(dòng)訂售票系統(tǒng)的總體架構(gòu),對(duì)系統(tǒng)的硬件拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)和軟件各個(gè)功能模塊進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。(4)在系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)系統(tǒng)的具體實(shí)現(xiàn)方法和實(shí)際運(yùn)行情況進(jìn)行了描述。該機(jī)場(chǎng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)自動(dòng)訂售票系統(tǒng)的研制成功,不僅可以提高售票系統(tǒng)的售票效率,而且為提高航班系統(tǒng)的信息化水平作出一定的貢獻(xiàn),對(duì)軍隊(duì)航空信息化保障具有非常重要的意義。
[Abstract]:A certain airport is the business competent unit to ensure the daily operation of the flight. At present, the flight of the airport operates a number of routes, the flight ticket has been manually sold, can not meet the increasing demand for passenger traffic. With the rapid development of computer and network technology, in order to improve the efficiency of the airport flight ticket system. This system can not only realize the automatic management of booking, but also make the service of the airport more humanized and improve the satisfaction of passengers. The development of network automatic booking and selling system is successful. It will also provide help for the information construction and management of the airport. This paper has carried out the following research work around the development of the network automatic booking system: 1). The problems and requirements of the actual ticketing system in an airport were investigated. On the basis of the understanding and analysis of the domestic and foreign air ticket sales system, combined with the existing problems and requirements of the actual ticketing system at a certain airport, this paper analyzes the various technologies used in the domestic and foreign air ticketing system. The overall structure of the automatic booking system of the airport flight network is determined, and the detailed design route... 3) is established according to the overall framework of the network automatic booking and selling system. The hardware topology of the system and each function module of the software are designed. 4) on the basis of the system design. The realization method and the actual operation of the system are described. The successful development of the automatic booking system of the airport network can not only improve the efficiency of the ticketing system. And to improve the level of flight information system to make a certain contribution to the military aviation information support has a very important significance.
