【摘要】：正2014年5月20日,中央國家機(jī)關(guān)政府采購中心在其官網(wǎng)上發(fā)布了一則通知,要求國家機(jī)關(guān)進(jìn)行信息類協(xié)議供貨產(chǎn)品采購時,所有計算機(jī)類產(chǎn)品不允許安裝微軟公司的Windows8操作系統(tǒng)。實(shí)施此項(xiàng)禁令據(jù)稱是因其價格太高所致,但也有人猜測這與Windows 8的安全問題有關(guān)。2013年的"棱鏡門"事件發(fā)生至今,網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全一直是各國政府、民眾以及國際媒體所關(guān)注的話題。隨著該事件當(dāng)事人斯諾登的不斷爆料,美國政府長期以來對各國政府、機(jī)構(gòu)及公民個人所進(jìn)行的監(jiān)視、竊聽、網(wǎng)絡(luò)
