【摘要】：云計(jì)算自提出以來(lái)一直都是學(xué)術(shù)界研究的熱點(diǎn),也是近年來(lái)IT領(lǐng)域最大的進(jìn)步。但云計(jì)算作為一種IT創(chuàng)新,用戶對(duì)其采納仍然存在一些顧慮。目前針對(duì)云計(jì)算采納的問(wèn)題,已有部分學(xué)者對(duì)其進(jìn)行了理論和實(shí)證的研究,并取得了一些研究成果。但是,針對(duì)云服務(wù)模式的采納研究較少,并且鮮有關(guān)于PaaS采納的研究。不可否認(rèn)的是,PaaS服務(wù)改變了傳統(tǒng)的軟件和應(yīng)用開發(fā)模式,解耦了運(yùn)維團(tuán)隊(duì)和開發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì),將極大地提高未來(lái)軟件和應(yīng)用交付的效率。因此如何促進(jìn)PaaS的發(fā)展以及提高其采納率和使用效果是云計(jì)算采納中需要解決的重要問(wèn)題。本研究在現(xiàn)有云計(jì)算采納方面的研究成果基礎(chǔ)之上,整合UTAUT模型和感知風(fēng)險(xiǎn)性,從使用者視角分析和探索PaaS采納的影響因素。同時(shí),本文還探索了感知風(fēng)險(xiǎn)性在云計(jì)算環(huán)境下的維度。根據(jù)概念模型中相關(guān)變量,設(shè)計(jì)了調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,并通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)問(wèn)卷收集數(shù)據(jù),利用SPSS20.0和SmartPLS2.0對(duì)樣本數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型分析,對(duì)模型中各變量的作用關(guān)系和假設(shè)進(jìn)行了檢驗(yàn)。研究指出,云采納情景下,感知風(fēng)險(xiǎn)性可以分為四個(gè)維度：感知安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、感知時(shí)間風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、感知財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、感知績(jī)效風(fēng)險(xiǎn)；績(jī)效期望、付出期望、社會(huì)影響和便利條件對(duì)使用意愿的都具有正向影響；感知風(fēng)險(xiǎn)對(duì)績(jī)效期望和PaaS使用意愿的直接影響不顯著。最后,基于模型的分析結(jié)果,文章從多角度為PaaS發(fā)展提出建議,對(duì)完善云計(jì)算采納體系,促進(jìn)PaaS采納有著一定的意義。
[Abstract]:Since the introduction of cloud computing has been a hot topic in the academic field, and the progress of IT in recent years. But the largest cloud computing as a IT user innovation, there are still some concerns on the adoption of cloud computing. The adoption of the problem, some scholars have already carried out theoretical research and empirical on it, and some results have been achieved. However, in view of the adoption of cloud service model research on PaaS adoption and few. It is undeniable that the PaaS service has changed the traditional mode of software development and application, the decoupling operation team and the development team, will greatly improve the efficiency of delivery of future software and applications. Therefore, how to promote the development of PaaS and improve the rate of adoption and the use effect is an important problem to be solved in the adoption of cloud computing. In this study, the existing Cloud Computing Adoption based on the research production, integration The UTAUT model and the perceived risk analysis, from the user perspective and explore the impact of PaaS adoption factors. At the same time, this paper also explores the perceived risk dimensions in cloud computing environment. According to the relevant variables in the conceptual model, design the questionnaire, and through the network questionnaire to collect data, analyze the structural equation model of the sample data the use of SPSS20.0 and SmartPLS2.0, the variables in the model between hypotheses are tested. The study pointed out that cloud adoption scenario, perceived risk can be divided into four dimensions: perceived risk, perceived time risk, financial risk, performance risk perception; performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence and convenience have positive effect on usage intention; direct influence of perceived risk on the adoption of performance expectations and PaaS was not significant.
