文章摘要:[目的/意義]移動(dòng)社交類應(yīng)用已躍至移動(dòng)app使用率和使用規(guī)模第一,對(duì)人們的網(wǎng)絡(luò)行為帶來(lái)重要影響。對(duì)移動(dòng)社交類應(yīng)用用戶行為研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行回顧,有助于研究者了解現(xiàn)有研究進(jìn)展,從而更加深入地揭示移動(dòng)社交類應(yīng)用用戶的行為規(guī)律。[方法/過(guò)程]從移動(dòng)社交類應(yīng)用的生命周期出發(fā),系統(tǒng)梳理國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)移動(dòng)社交類應(yīng)用用戶的接受、使用、轉(zhuǎn)移、退出等行為的研究,并從研究?jī)?nèi)容和研究方法等方面對(duì)比分析國(guó)內(nèi)外的相關(guān)研究。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)移動(dòng)社交類應(yīng)用用戶的接受意愿和動(dòng)機(jī)的研究已趨成熟,對(duì)不同移動(dòng)社交類應(yīng)用的用戶行為比較和移動(dòng)社交類應(yīng)用用戶的消極使用行為研究仍處于起步階段,研究層次較淺,
Abstr:[ Purpose/significance ] Mobile social apps, which place the first in the usage rate and scale of mobile apps, have brought the vital influences on users'online behaviors. It is useful to make the research review on users'online behaviors of mobile social apps. , It can help researches to understand the research progress, thus go further to reveal the behavior pattern of mobile social apps. [ Method/process ] Based on the lifecycle of mobile social apps, this paper system- atically summarizes the research on behaviors of accepting, using, transferring and quitting, and makes a comparison be- tween domestic and overseas research in terms of research contents and methods. [ Result/conclusion ] The research about adaption motivations and intention of mobile social apps has been analyzed numerously. However, the differences between users' behaviors in different mobile social apps and the negative behavior of usage in mobile social apps are still at an ini- tial stage, which are the research trends in this area.
