【摘要】：針對(duì)分布、異構(gòu)及條件各異的制造資源服務(wù)化封裝的需求,根據(jù)制造資源的信息感知和行為控制程度,將云服務(wù)化封裝簡單劃分為高度封裝、部分封裝和近零封裝三種模式;建立了一種基于Multi-Agent的制造資源云服務(wù)化封裝適配器,設(shè)計(jì)了該適配器的結(jié)構(gòu)模型和工作交互機(jī)制,并研究了基于語義有向圖的適配器知識(shí)表示及積累方法;基于JADE平臺(tái)對(duì)制造資源云服務(wù)化封裝適配器進(jìn)行了實(shí)現(xiàn),并結(jié)合重慶市汽摩零部件產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行了初步應(yīng)用實(shí)踐。
[Abstract]:According to the distributed and heterogeneous and diverse manufacturing resource service encapsulation requirements, according to the manufacturing resources information perception and behavior control, the cloud service encapsulation into highly encapsulation, part of package and near zero package three modes; establish a manufacturing resource Multi-Agent cloud service encapsulation adapter based on design the adapter structure model and interaction mechanism, and based on the semantic representation of knowledge map and accumulation to the adapter method; JADE platform for the realization of the manufacturing resource encapsulation adapter based on cloud services, combined with Chongqing City auto parts industry was applied in practice.
