【摘要】:云計算作為一種新興的網(wǎng)絡(luò)計算服務(wù)模式,它的出現(xiàn)及廣泛應(yīng)用,極大地方便了用戶訪問和使用各種網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息資源和服務(wù),使其逐步發(fā)展為互聯(lián)網(wǎng)領(lǐng)域的一個研究熱點(diǎn)。隨著云計算技術(shù)的普及和云服務(wù)應(yīng)用的推廣,市場上出現(xiàn)了許多不同的云服務(wù)提供商及其相關(guān)產(chǎn)品,這對用戶在進(jìn)行選擇時造成了很大困擾,需要一種新的選擇框架來指導(dǎo)其選擇過程。同時云計算作為一個新興的技術(shù),技術(shù)還不夠成熟,人們對其也并不完全了解,這導(dǎo)致了用戶在引入云服務(wù)和選擇提供商的過程中存在著很大的無知和不確定性,這就需要一種科學(xué)的、合理的方法來解決這一問題,而不確定性問題是在決策實(shí)際過程中常見的問題,現(xiàn)在面對各種不確定性問題,主要有兩種不同的主流方法:絕對基偏好決策方法,和相對基偏好決策方法,其中相對基偏好決策方法又叫做方案兩兩比較方法,F(xiàn)有的方案兩兩比較方法一般構(gòu)建單等級上的比較關(guān)系,且不能同時表達(dá)優(yōu)于、劣于、無差異和不確定四種關(guān)系,這就急需一種更合理、更靈活的決策方法來解決更復(fù)雜的應(yīng)用場景。本文圍繞基于多等級方案成對比較方法的云服務(wù)選擇相關(guān)問題,首先針對現(xiàn)有云計算及其服務(wù)做了簡要介紹,之后對多家云服務(wù)提供商進(jìn)行了分類的詳細(xì)介紹,來擴(kuò)充云服務(wù)提供商選擇的方案集,并提出了云服務(wù)提供商選擇應(yīng)用框架。之后對方案選擇的決策方法又進(jìn)行了理論研究,通過設(shè)定識別框架和等級得分值來更合理地描繪現(xiàn)實(shí)決策的不確定情況,之后通過引入?yún)^(qū)間值、可能度等相關(guān)概念,設(shè)計了完整的多等級方案成對比較方法,并介紹了方法的基本步驟。最后針對現(xiàn)實(shí)中企業(yè)引入云服務(wù)選擇提供商的問題,通過云服務(wù)提供商選擇框架和方案成對比較方法,依據(jù)現(xiàn)有的方案集,提出了以供應(yīng)商評價為基礎(chǔ)的基于多等級的云服務(wù)選擇流程,并以制造領(lǐng)域?yàn)楸尘斑M(jìn)行了實(shí)際應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Cloud computing as a new network computing service mode, its emergence and wide application greatly facilitate users to access and use all kinds of network information resources and services, making it gradually become a research hotspot in the Internet field. With the popularity of cloud computing technology and the promotion of cloud service applications, many different cloud providers and related products have appeared on the market, which has caused great distress to users when choosing, and a new selection framework is needed to guide their selection process. At the same time, cloud computing as an emerging technology, the technology is not mature enough, the people are not fully understood, the user has great ignorance and uncertainty in the process of the introduction of cloud services and the choice of providers, which requires one kind of method is scientific and reasonable to solve this problem. But uncertainty is common in the actual process of decision problem, now face a variety of uncertainties, there are two kinds of main methods: absolute and relative preference, preference based decision method, decision making method and relative preference based scheme called 22 comparison method. The existing scheme 22 comparison method generally constructs a comparison relationship on single level, and can not express four relationships at the same time, which is superior, inferior, indifference and uncertainty. So it is urgent for a more reasonable and flexible decision-making method to solve more complex application scenarios. Based on cloud service selection problems of multi level scheme based on the method of paired comparison, first made a brief introduction to the existing cloud computing and service, after a number of cloud service providers for detailed classification, to expand the cloud service provider selection scheme set, and proposes a cloud service provider application framework. After the scheme selection decision making method and the theoretical study, by setting the grade score recognition framework and to better depict real decision-making uncertainty, then by introducing the interval value, possibility degree and other related concepts, design a paired comparison method for multi grade complete program, and introduces the basic steps of the method. According to the choice of cloud service providers to introduce real business problems, through the comparison method of cloud service provider selection framework and program pairs, on the basis of the existing schemes, put forward to the supplier evaluation based selection process of multi class based cloud services, and practical application in manufacturing field as the background.
