基于ANSYS的集裝箱試驗(yàn)仿真及改進(jìn)研究
[Abstract]:Container transportation is an important part of logistics transportation industry, in which container is the carrier of storing goods. Containers need to bear various external forces in the process of cargo handling and transportation. How to ensure the safety of containers in cargo handling and transportation at the same time improve the economy of manufacturing process and save the cost for enterprises. It has always been a research topic for designers. The container needs to meet the demand of strength and rigidity, otherwise, once the box body is damaged in the course of loading and unloading and transporting the goods, it may lead to the loss or damage of the goods, resulting in a large economic loss. In the traditional container design process, after the design is completed, a series of test bench tests are needed to verify the safety of the container. Only through this series of tests can the batch production be approved, otherwise it is necessary to redesign and improve, and then carry out the test bench test of the sample box until all the test requirements are met. In view of the long design cycle and high design cost in the traditional container design and manufacture process, this paper puts forward a new design idea. In the design stage, the finite element analysis software ANSYS, is added to simulate the test bed test according to the working environment that the container may encounter, to verify the safety, rationality and economy of the design scheme. Then, according to the analysis results of the original design scheme, find out the parts where the strength and stiffness are surplus and insufficient, and then analyze these possible problems, put forward the solution to optimize the design, and use ANSYS software to analyze and calculate again. Verify until a new design that meets security, rationality, and economy is found. Finally, the test bench test of the new design box is carried out, and the results are compared with the results of ANSYS analysis. In order to shorten the design cycle, save the design cost, improve the safety of the box and save the manufacturing cost. It is concluded that the finite element analysis software is suitable for container manufacturing industry in the design stage. This paper has a certain reference significance for the application of ANSYS to the analysis of various other box type engineering examples.
