船舶制造項(xiàng)目倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理MAS系統(tǒng)

【摘要】:大型船舶制造企業(yè)存在多倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)點(diǎn)物流協(xié)調(diào)不佳、廠內(nèi)配送能力相互制約等問(wèn)題,本文引入多智能體系統(tǒng)中的協(xié)商機(jī)制構(gòu)建倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理系統(tǒng)。根據(jù)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)活動(dòng)流程和問(wèn)題模型,進(jìn)行了倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)多智能體系統(tǒng)的原型設(shè)計(jì)和功能模塊映射,確定了各智能體的內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)和通信模型,并設(shè)計(jì)了倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)點(diǎn)協(xié)商機(jī)制和算法,最終開(kāi)發(fā)實(shí)現(xiàn)了兼容B/S架構(gòu)的倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)群管理多智能體系統(tǒng)原型。系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行表明,使用agent代理倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)點(diǎn)協(xié)商,能夠進(jìn)行有效的船企物流自動(dòng)調(diào)度管理,驗(yàn)證了多智能體技術(shù)在船舶制造項(xiàng)目倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理上的可行性,為船企智能化管理提供了思路。
[Abstract]:Large shipbuilding enterprises have some problems such as poor coordination of multi-point logistics and mutual restriction of in-plant distribution. In this paper, the negotiation mechanism of multi-agent system is introduced to construct the warehousing management system. According to the storage activity flow and problem model, the prototype design and functional module mapping of warehouse multi-agent system are carried out, the internal structure and communication model of each agent are determined, and the storage point negotiation mechanism and algorithm are designed. Finally, the prototype of warehouse cluster management multi-agent system compatible with B / S architecture is developed. The system operation shows that using agent warehouse point negotiation can carry out effective automatic scheduling management of ship-enterprise logistics, which verifies the feasibility of multi-agent technology in shipbuilding project storage management, and provides a train of thought for ship-enterprise intelligent management.
