基于PDM的采購(gòu)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:采購(gòu)是企業(yè)管理中重要的一環(huán)——采購(gòu)管理流程嚴(yán)密且固定,評(píng)估和認(rèn)證都需要進(jìn)行重重檢測(cè),查找新的產(chǎn)品、新型材料和信譽(yù)度高的供應(yīng)商、搜集多方資料、開發(fā)新的材料源都是重中之重。由于原材料市場(chǎng)價(jià)格多變、品質(zhì)狀況參差不齊,為了確保采購(gòu)低成本、高品質(zhì)的材料,采購(gòu)員要嚴(yán)格審查材料質(zhì)量、制定采購(gòu)計(jì)劃、及時(shí)掌握市場(chǎng)變化、妥善和供應(yīng)商以及其他部門的負(fù)責(zé)人溝通協(xié)商等。采購(gòu)管理中需要進(jìn)行大量的數(shù)據(jù)交換。目前國(guó)內(nèi)外采購(gòu)管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)人員追求的不二法則是:設(shè)計(jì)合理的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)結(jié)構(gòu)來保存數(shù)據(jù)信息,減少冗余數(shù)據(jù)表;搭建高效的程序結(jié)構(gòu)平臺(tái)來支持各種數(shù)據(jù)執(zhí)行運(yùn)行操作,盡量減少人員手工操作。 本文主要工作是設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)一款采購(gòu)系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)是基于PDM開發(fā)的。產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)管理簡(jiǎn)稱PDM(Product Data Management),它是一種能夠滿足企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)管理體系自動(dòng)化、智能化、科學(xué)化和規(guī)范化等需求而誕生的新型的企業(yè)管理模式。在制造過程數(shù)據(jù)文檔管理系統(tǒng),,實(shí)現(xiàn)車間無紙化生產(chǎn)。它最主要的特點(diǎn)就是可以實(shí)時(shí)、精準(zhǔn)的掌握變化的采購(gòu)信息。借助網(wǎng)絡(luò)和軟件管理,實(shí)現(xiàn)實(shí)時(shí)掌握原材料市場(chǎng)價(jià)格和行情變化就成為了可能,進(jìn)而就加速了急需物流的周轉(zhuǎn)率、提高了服務(wù)質(zhì)量、擴(kuò)大了企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)面,還能夠減少因?yàn)椴牧辖y(tǒng)計(jì)程序繁雜而產(chǎn)生的各種問題。 本文所設(shè)計(jì)的系統(tǒng)以軟件開發(fā)過程為線索:先從軟件開發(fā)環(huán)境開始,依次介紹了系統(tǒng)開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)的詳細(xì)過程,分別是系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)、各模塊功能設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)以及具體的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)連接過程、代碼測(cè)試與系統(tǒng)調(diào)試等。該采購(gòu)系統(tǒng)的功能模塊主要有:系統(tǒng)權(quán)限的授權(quán)以及管理、系統(tǒng)原始數(shù)據(jù)輸入存儲(chǔ)、各模塊數(shù)據(jù)的匯總以及修改、查詢等其他操作。從而,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)采購(gòu)單下達(dá)、采購(gòu)單審核、員工信息及供應(yīng)商信息等實(shí)現(xiàn)全面、動(dòng)態(tài)、及時(shí)的管理。 通過相關(guān)實(shí)驗(yàn)及系統(tǒng)測(cè)試,該采購(gòu)系統(tǒng)基本滿足了采購(gòu)行業(yè)的各種功能需求,該系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)使得企業(yè)的部門管理、庫(kù)存管理、采購(gòu)管理及供應(yīng)商管理等工作實(shí)現(xiàn)了信息化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化,提高了企業(yè)的工作效率和管理水平。
[Abstract]:Procurement is an important part of enterprise management-purchasing management process is strict and fixed, evaluation and certification need to be heavily examined, new products, new materials and suppliers with high reputation are found, and various kinds of information are collected. Developing new sources of materials is a top priority. In order to ensure the purchase of low cost and high quality materials, buyers should strictly review the quality of materials, formulate purchasing plans, and keep abreast of market changes in order to ensure that the prices of raw materials are changeable and the quality of materials is not uniform. Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and other department leaders. A large amount of data exchange is needed in purchasing management. At present, the developers of procurement management system at home and abroad pursue the following principles: design reasonable database structure to save data information and reduce redundant data tables; Build efficient program structure platform to support all kinds of data execution operation, reduce the number of manual operation personnel as far as possible. The main work of this paper is to design and implement a purchasing system, which is based on PDM. Product data Management (PDM (Product Data Management),) is a new enterprise management model which can meet the requirements of automatization, intelligence, science and standardization of enterprise management system. In the manufacturing process data document management system, realizes the workshop paperless production. Its most important feature is to be able to real-time, accurate grasp of changing procurement information. With the help of network and software management, it is possible to grasp the market prices and market changes of raw materials in real time, thus accelerating the turnover rate of the badly needed logistics, improving the service quality, and expanding the business scope of enterprises. It can also reduce the variety of problems arising from the complexity of material statistics procedures. The system designed in this paper takes the software development process as the clue: starting with the software development environment, the detailed process of the system development and design is introduced in turn, which is the system database design. Each module function design and realization as well as the concrete database connection process, the code test and the system debugging and so on. The function modules of the purchasing system mainly include: authorization and management of system authority, input and storage of system raw data, summary and modification of data of each module, query and other operations. Thus, complete, dynamic and timely management of purchase order, purchase order audit, employee information and supplier information are realized. Through relevant experiments and system tests, the procurement system basically meets the various functional requirements of the procurement industry. The realization of the system makes the department management, inventory management, procurement management and supplier management of the enterprise information. Network, improve the efficiency of the enterprise and management level.
