云環(huán)境下的協(xié)同價(jià)值鏈及利益分配研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)今世界的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)不再僅僅是企業(yè)與企業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),而更是不同價(jià)值鏈之間綜合實(shí)力的比拼。協(xié)同是價(jià)值鏈取得競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的關(guān)鍵,只有通過(guò)協(xié)同,價(jià)值鏈企業(yè)才能真正實(shí)現(xiàn)資源共享、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)共擔(dān),競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)互補(bǔ),從而在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中保持優(yōu)勢(shì)地位。云計(jì)算以其便捷的用戶訪問(wèn)、通用的平臺(tái)和應(yīng)用、動(dòng)態(tài)可擴(kuò)展的資源配置以及服務(wù)化的資源和能力,對(duì)價(jià)值鏈企業(yè)之間實(shí)現(xiàn)從物流、信息流到資金流的全面協(xié)同產(chǎn)生了重要影響。但僅有信息技術(shù)層面的協(xié)同是不夠的,真正的協(xié)同需要所有價(jià)值鏈成員的共同努力,實(shí)現(xiàn)從信息技術(shù)平臺(tái)、業(yè)務(wù)處理過(guò)程到信息、知識(shí)以及制度等方面的協(xié)同。而其中,利益是各成員企業(yè)愿意參與價(jià)值鏈協(xié)同,并為此做出努力的最根本動(dòng)力。只有保證利益分配的公平合理,才能使價(jià)值鏈企業(yè)凝聚到一起,為實(shí)現(xiàn)價(jià)值鏈的協(xié)同發(fā)展、提升價(jià)值鏈的整體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力而共同努力。本文在闡述云計(jì)算和價(jià)值鏈等相關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,主要對(duì)云環(huán)境下的協(xié)同價(jià)值鏈的內(nèi)涵特征及協(xié)同框架、利益分配機(jī)制、利益分配模型三個(gè)基本問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了研究。在云環(huán)境下的協(xié)同價(jià)值鏈分析中,通過(guò)對(duì)當(dāng)前價(jià)值鏈協(xié)同的制約瓶頸分析,結(jié)合云計(jì)算的技術(shù)特點(diǎn),分析了云計(jì)算對(duì)價(jià)值鏈協(xié)同的影響,提出了云環(huán)境下的協(xié)同價(jià)值鏈的概念,并就其內(nèi)涵和特征進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上,從協(xié)同管控的視角提出了云環(huán)境下價(jià)值鏈企業(yè)的協(xié)同框架,將價(jià)值鏈協(xié)同分為信息技術(shù)層、業(yè)務(wù)層、戰(zhàn)略層三個(gè)層次。在云環(huán)境下協(xié)同價(jià)值鏈利益分配機(jī)制的研究中,首先分析了云環(huán)境下協(xié)同價(jià)值鏈的價(jià)值創(chuàng)造過(guò)程,以明確可分配利益的來(lái)源,并分析了云環(huán)境下利益分配的特點(diǎn)及原則;其次,基于云環(huán)境下協(xié)同價(jià)值鏈的特點(diǎn),對(duì)云環(huán)境下影響價(jià)值鏈利益分配的要素進(jìn)行了分析,以確定利益分配的基礎(chǔ)和依據(jù);然后,針對(duì)云環(huán)境下價(jià)值鏈企業(yè)的不同合作方式和合作程度,分析了其利益分配模式的選擇;最后,就云環(huán)境下協(xié)同價(jià)值鏈的利益分配實(shí)施策略提出了建議。在云環(huán)境下價(jià)值鏈利益分配模型的研究中,本文采用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析和層次分析相結(jié)合的方法,綜合考慮各利益分配影響要素,構(gòu)建了價(jià)值鏈利益分配模型,并通過(guò)一個(gè)應(yīng)用案例驗(yàn)證了模型的有效性和合理性,為協(xié)同價(jià)值鏈的利益分配提供了一種新的思路。
[Abstract]:The market competition in today's world is not only the competition between enterprises and enterprises, but also the competition of comprehensive strength among different value chains. Collaboration is the key to obtain competitive advantage in value chain. Only through collaboration, can value chain enterprises truly realize resource sharing, risk sharing and complementary competitive advantages, so as to maintain the advantage position in the fierce market competition. Cloud computing, with its convenient user access, universal platforms and applications, dynamic scalable resource allocation and service-oriented resources and capabilities, implements logistics among value chain enterprises. The overall synergy between information flow and capital flow has had an important impact. But it is not enough to cooperate on the information technology level. The real collaboration needs the joint efforts of all the value chain members to realize the collaboration from the information technology platform, business processing process to information, knowledge and system. Among them, interest is the most fundamental motive force for each member enterprise to participate in value chain collaboration and make efforts to this end. Only by ensuring the fairness and reasonableness of the distribution of benefits can the value chain enterprises gather together and make joint efforts to realize the coordinated development of the value chain and to enhance the overall competitiveness of the value chain. Based on the theory of cloud computing and value chain, this paper mainly studies three basic problems of collaborative value chain in cloud environment, such as its connotation and framework, benefit distribution mechanism and profit distribution model. In the collaborative value chain analysis of cloud environment, through the bottleneck analysis of the current value chain collaboration, combined with the technical characteristics of cloud computing, this paper analyzes the impact of cloud computing on value chain collaboration, and puts forward the concept of collaborative value chain in cloud environment. On the basis of the detailed analysis of its connotation and characteristics, this paper puts forward the collaborative framework of value chain enterprises under the cloud environment from the perspective of collaborative management and control, and divides the value chain collaboration into three levels: information technology layer, business level and strategic level. In the research of benefit distribution mechanism of collaborative value chain in cloud environment, the value creation process of collaborative value chain under cloud environment is analyzed firstly, in order to clarify the source of distributable benefits, and the characteristics and principles of benefit distribution in cloud environment are analyzed. Secondly, based on the characteristics of collaborative value chain in the cloud environment, the factors that affect the benefit distribution of the value chain under the cloud environment are analyzed in order to determine the basis and basis of the benefit distribution. Then, according to the different cooperation mode and cooperation degree of the value chain enterprises under the cloud environment, this paper analyzes the choice of its benefit distribution mode, and finally, puts forward some suggestions on the implementation strategy of the benefit distribution in the collaborative value chain under the cloud environment. In the research of profit distribution model of value chain under cloud environment, this paper adopts the method of combining grey relational analysis and hierarchical analysis, and synthetically considers the influence factors of each benefit distribution, and constructs the benefit distribution model of value chain. The validity and rationality of the model are verified by an application case, which provides a new idea for the benefit distribution of collaborative value chain.
