云環(huán)境下的協(xié)同價(jià)值鏈及利益分配研究
[Abstract]:The market competition in today's world is not only the competition between enterprises and enterprises, but also the competition of comprehensive strength among different value chains. Collaboration is the key to obtain competitive advantage in value chain. Only through collaboration, can value chain enterprises truly realize resource sharing, risk sharing and complementary competitive advantages, so as to maintain the advantage position in the fierce market competition. Cloud computing, with its convenient user access, universal platforms and applications, dynamic scalable resource allocation and service-oriented resources and capabilities, implements logistics among value chain enterprises. The overall synergy between information flow and capital flow has had an important impact. But it is not enough to cooperate on the information technology level. The real collaboration needs the joint efforts of all the value chain members to realize the collaboration from the information technology platform, business processing process to information, knowledge and system. Among them, interest is the most fundamental motive force for each member enterprise to participate in value chain collaboration and make efforts to this end. Only by ensuring the fairness and reasonableness of the distribution of benefits can the value chain enterprises gather together and make joint efforts to realize the coordinated development of the value chain and to enhance the overall competitiveness of the value chain. Based on the theory of cloud computing and value chain, this paper mainly studies three basic problems of collaborative value chain in cloud environment, such as its connotation and framework, benefit distribution mechanism and profit distribution model. In the collaborative value chain analysis of cloud environment, through the bottleneck analysis of the current value chain collaboration, combined with the technical characteristics of cloud computing, this paper analyzes the impact of cloud computing on value chain collaboration, and puts forward the concept of collaborative value chain in cloud environment. On the basis of the detailed analysis of its connotation and characteristics, this paper puts forward the collaborative framework of value chain enterprises under the cloud environment from the perspective of collaborative management and control, and divides the value chain collaboration into three levels: information technology layer, business level and strategic level. In the research of benefit distribution mechanism of collaborative value chain in cloud environment, the value creation process of collaborative value chain under cloud environment is analyzed firstly, in order to clarify the source of distributable benefits, and the characteristics and principles of benefit distribution in cloud environment are analyzed. Secondly, based on the characteristics of collaborative value chain in the cloud environment, the factors that affect the benefit distribution of the value chain under the cloud environment are analyzed in order to determine the basis and basis of the benefit distribution. Then, according to the different cooperation mode and cooperation degree of the value chain enterprises under the cloud environment, this paper analyzes the choice of its benefit distribution mode, and finally, puts forward some suggestions on the implementation strategy of the benefit distribution in the collaborative value chain under the cloud environment. In the research of profit distribution model of value chain under cloud environment, this paper adopts the method of combining grey relational analysis and hierarchical analysis, and synthetically considers the influence factors of each benefit distribution, and constructs the benefit distribution model of value chain. The validity and rationality of the model are verified by an application case, which provides a new idea for the benefit distribution of collaborative value chain.
