【摘要】：隨著中國市場化改革的深入和外煙日益嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn),煙草行業(yè)逐漸重視物流的建設(shè)和發(fā)展,將物流定義為“核心”業(yè)務(wù)。近幾年新疆區(qū)卷煙銷量迅速增長,卷煙分揀配送量逐漸增大。而新疆煙草的現(xiàn)代物流的建設(shè)工作相對滯后,倉儲(chǔ)面積小,設(shè)施設(shè)備落后,物流成本較高,服務(wù)能力不強(qiáng),新的卷煙物流配送中心的建設(shè)提上議事日程。本文通過學(xué)習(xí)借鑒國內(nèi)外物流研究成果,在摸清新疆煙草物流資源,對新疆煙草物流配送體系、業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)分析的基礎(chǔ)上,遵循物流整合理論,應(yīng)用銷量預(yù)測法、德爾菲選址法、ABC分類法、節(jié)約里程算法等方法,對新疆煙草物流配送中心建設(shè)的總體思路、工藝流程進(jìn)行規(guī)劃,提出建設(shè)選址、配送范圍、倉儲(chǔ)規(guī)模、分揀能力、業(yè)務(wù)流程、信息化建設(shè)等研究內(nèi)容。希望通過本文的研究,能夠加深對這一課題的認(rèn)識和思考,更好的掌握物流配送中心建設(shè)的方法,同時(shí)也希望能夠?qū)π陆疅煵菸锪髋渌椭行牡慕ㄔO(shè)提供一些思路。以便于企業(yè)開展物流建設(shè),充分發(fā)揮物流“第三利潤源”的作用,不斷增強(qiáng)企業(yè)的競爭力。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of China's market-oriented reform and the increasingly serious challenge of foreign tobacco industry, the tobacco industry gradually attaches importance to the construction and development of logistics, and defines logistics as "core" business. In recent years, cigarette sales in Xinjiang region increased rapidly, cigarette sorting and distribution volume gradually increased. However, the construction of modern logistics in Xinjiang is relatively lagging behind, the storage area is small, the facilities and equipments are backward, the logistics cost is high, the service capacity is not strong, and the construction of the new cigarette logistics distribution center is on the agenda. Based on the analysis of the distribution system and business data of Xinjiang tobacco logistics, based on the study and reference of domestic and foreign logistics research results, this paper follows the logistics integration theory, applies the sales forecasting method and Delphi location method. ABC classification, mileage saving algorithm and other methods are used to plan the overall idea and technological process of the construction of Xinjiang tobacco logistics and distribution center, and put forward the construction location, distribution scope, storage scale, sorting ability, business process, etc. Information construction and other research content. Hope through the study of this paper, can deepen the understanding and thinking of this subject, better grasp the method of logistics distribution center construction, but also hope to provide some ideas for the construction of Xinjiang tobacco logistics distribution center. It is convenient for enterprises to carry out logistics construction, give full play to the role of "third profit source" of logistics, and constantly enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
