【摘要】：物流管理作為企業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營過程中的重要環(huán)節(jié),其是企業(yè)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)和科學(xué)調(diào)控的必備條件。伴隨著社會信息化發(fā)展步伐的不斷加快,物流在給企業(yè)帶來便捷的同時,也開始呈現(xiàn)出新的內(nèi)容和特征。面臨著新的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),如何進(jìn)行物流管理模式的改革創(chuàng)新,將是有關(guān)工作者亟需解決的重要課題�；诖�,文章就企業(yè)物流管理工作中存在的主要問題出發(fā),并以此為基礎(chǔ),提出幾點創(chuàng)新策略,以供參考。
[Abstract]:Logistics management, as an important link in the process of enterprise production and management, is the necessary condition for enterprise modernization construction and scientific regulation and control. With the rapid development of social informatization, logistics brings convenience to enterprises, but also presents new content and characteristics. Facing new opportunities and challenges, how to reform and innovate the logistics management mode will be an important task for the workers concerned. Based on this, the paper points out the main problems existing in the enterprise logistics management, and puts forward some innovative strategies for reference.
