物流114貨運信息平臺信用體系構建研究

【摘要】:近年來在國家政策扶持下,出現(xiàn)了大量的第三方物流信息平臺企業(yè),但尚處于起步發(fā)展階段,絕大多數(shù)僅能提供基礎服務,且成本高昂而效率低下,反觀國外較成熟的物流信息平臺,能夠提供更為完善與多樣的增值服務,這些增值服務很大程度上依賴于信用體系的運行。而我國家信用體系建設不完善,導致物流信息平臺內(nèi)部信用體系建設困難,發(fā)展出現(xiàn)瓶頸。因此,嘗試構建以第三方物流信息平臺的信用體系具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。 本文首先對國內(nèi)外物流信息平臺增值服務研究現(xiàn)狀進行了文獻研究,總結了國外的主要的服務模式,發(fā)現(xiàn)信用體系是國外較為成熟的物流信息平臺商業(yè)模式中重要組成部分,然而由于國內(nèi)整體信用體系建設存在缺失,使得我國物流信息平臺很難建設自己的信用體系。同時對國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有信用體系與操作模式進行了研究分析,提出了國內(nèi)物流信息平臺信用體系需要解決的問題。進一步將實地調(diào)研得到的物流114貨運信息平臺的實際現(xiàn)狀與利益相關者理論相結合,分析提出了物流114貨運信息平臺利益相關者的需求。然后,針對國內(nèi)整體社會信用體系建設滯后的情況,與物流信息平臺交易頻率較低且糾紛原因復雜等特點,借鑒國內(nèi)外信用體系已有研究成果,設計了以物流114貨運信息平臺的信用體系。信用體系的核心是基于抵押的信用認證機制,以此為基礎提供了更多的增值服務,實現(xiàn)了各利益相關者的利益保障,并初步提出了的實際提供的服務內(nèi)容。本文工作為我國物流信息平臺進一步發(fā)展奠定了一定的研究基礎。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the support of national policies, a large number of third-party logistics information platform enterprises have emerged, but they are still in the initial stage of development, most of them can only provide basic services, and the cost is high and the efficiency is low. On the other hand, more mature logistics information platforms abroad can provide more perfect and diverse value-added services, which depend largely on the operation of credit system. But our country credit system construction is not perfect, causes the logistics information platform internal credit system construction difficulty, the development appears the bottleneck. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to try to construct the credit system based on the third party logistics information platform. In this paper, the current situation of value-added service research on logistics information platform at home and abroad is studied, and the main service modes abroad are summarized. It is found that the credit system is an important part of the more mature business model of logistics information platform abroad. However, it is very difficult for the logistics information platform to build its own credit system because of the lack of the whole credit system in our country. At the same time, the existing credit system and operation mode at home and abroad are studied and analyzed, and the problems that need to be solved in the credit system of domestic logistics information platform are put forward. Furthermore, the actual situation of logistics 114 freight information platform is combined with stakeholder theory, and the needs of stakeholders of logistics 114 freight information platform are analyzed and put forward. Then, in view of the lagged construction of the whole domestic social credit system, and the characteristics of low transaction frequency and complicated dispute reasons with the logistics information platform, the author draws lessons from the existing research results of the domestic and foreign credit system. The credit system of freight information platform based on logistics 114 is designed. The core of the credit system is the mortgage-based credit certification mechanism, which provides more value-added services, realizes the benefit protection of the stakeholders, and initially puts forward the actual service content. The work of this paper has laid a certain research foundation for the further development of logistics information platform in China.
