基于空間的汽車生產(chǎn)線布局規(guī)劃設計

【摘要】:目前,制造企業(yè)生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的一個重要研究內容是生產(chǎn)線布局規(guī)劃設計,科學的生產(chǎn)線布局規(guī)劃不僅影響企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)效率,還與降低企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)成本、減少物料耗費、增加企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)柔性、增強企業(yè)的競爭力都有著密切的關系。因此,對生產(chǎn)線布局規(guī)劃設計的研究不僅具有重要的理論意義還具有實際應用的價值。本文在論述了現(xiàn)有傳統(tǒng)工藝規(guī)程與系統(tǒng)布置設計方法對車間生產(chǎn)線布局不足的基礎上,提出了基于空間的生產(chǎn)線布局規(guī)劃設計方法。首先,對生產(chǎn)布局中的生產(chǎn)空間進行了相關的定義與劃分,將生產(chǎn)空間劃分為車間層、ACC層、POS層,在此基礎上提出了生產(chǎn)過程的多級空間組織方法,詳述了各級空間單元間的組織關系。其次,依據(jù)對生產(chǎn)空間的多級劃分,以車間層、ACC層、POS層、JOB層為基礎,通過分析產(chǎn)品在各層空間單元的制造過程,以及不同層次流程單元之間的輸入輸出物料流動關系,提出了工藝過程的多級空間組織思想;同時,以各級生產(chǎn)空間單元為中心,建立了產(chǎn)品結構、生產(chǎn)空間、工藝設計、制造資源之間的關聯(lián)關系,提出了完整的工藝設計與制造資源間的關聯(lián)關系模型和基于多級空間的產(chǎn)品BOM、工藝BOP、資源數(shù)據(jù)集成模型,這種模型清晰直觀地表達了產(chǎn)品制造過程中各類對象、資源、信息間的關聯(lián)關系。最后,根據(jù)對生產(chǎn)空間的多層次劃分,通過車間層工藝路線、ACC層工藝路線、POS層工藝路線、JOB層工藝路線的組織,結合基于多級空間的產(chǎn)品BOM、工藝BOP、資源數(shù)據(jù)集成模型和多層次物流關系圖,相應完成車間層布局、ACC層布局、POS層布局、JOB層布局,從而完成整個生產(chǎn)線布局。
[Abstract]:At present, an important research content of manufacturing enterprise production system is production line layout planning. Scientific production line layout planning not only affects the production efficiency of the enterprise, but also reduces the production cost and material consumption. Increase the production flexibility of enterprises, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises have a close relationship. Therefore, the study of production line layout planning and design has not only important theoretical significance but also practical application value. Based on the discussion of the insufficiency of the existing traditional process rules and system layout design methods to the layout of the workshop production line, this paper puts forward the method of layout planning and design of the production line based on space. Firstly, the production space in production layout is defined and divided into workshop layer, ACC layer and POS layer. The organizational relationship between space units at all levels is described in detail. Secondly, according to the multi-level division of production space, based on workshop layer, ACC layer, POS layer and JOB layer, the manufacturing process of product in each layer space unit and the relationship between input and output material flow among different layers of process units are analyzed. The idea of multilevel spatial organization of process is put forward, and the relationship among product structure, production space, process design and manufacturing resources is established by taking the production space unit of all levels as the center. In this paper, a complete model of the relationship between process planning and manufacturing resources and a model of product BOM, process BOP, resource data integration based on multilevel space are proposed. This model clearly and intuitively represents all kinds of objects and resources in the process of product manufacturing. The relationship between information.
