【摘要】：通過軌道交通制造業(yè)導(dǎo)入節(jié)拍生產(chǎn)的實(shí)踐,對(duì)節(jié)拍生產(chǎn)從定義到生產(chǎn)線設(shè)置方法進(jìn)行了闡述,并通過舉例對(duì)傳統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)線和節(jié)拍生產(chǎn)線在生產(chǎn)效率、設(shè)備投資、物流設(shè)置、質(zhì)量管理和人員管理等方面做了深入的分析。說(shuō)明了節(jié)拍生產(chǎn)在成本改善方面的優(yōu)勢(shì)、相關(guān)應(yīng)用和注意事項(xiàng)。
[Abstract]:Through the practice of introducing rhythm production into the rail transit manufacturing industry, this paper expounds the method of rhythm production from definition to production line setting, and gives examples to the production efficiency, equipment investment and logistics setting of traditional production line and rhythm production line. Quality management and personnel management and other aspects of in-depth analysis. The advantage, application and attention of rhythm production in cost improvement are explained.
