基于WEB的山東英才學院開放式實驗室管理系統(tǒng)的設計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、信息技術和Web數(shù)據(jù)庫的快速發(fā)展與應用,現(xiàn)代高校對實驗室的教學、資源管理工作提出了新的挑戰(zhàn)。目前高校實驗室管理中存在的問題主要是管理程序混亂、管理效率低下、管理模式落后,現(xiàn)急需更好的將信息技術導入,以解決實驗室管理中存在的各項問題。高校實驗室管理工作看似簡單,其建立卻涉及到學校實驗室的多個方面,從管理員到教師到學生、從課程安排管理到上機預約管理、從設備入庫到實驗室管理等等,都會對實驗室管理系統(tǒng)的建立產(chǎn)生很大影響。本文結合山東英才學院現(xiàn)代物流實訓中心開放式實驗室管理工作的具體情況,以開放式實驗室網(wǎng)絡化教學管理模式的轉變?yōu)榱⒆泓c,從自身工作的需要出發(fā),通過管理員用戶中的用戶管理、資源管理、教學管理進行需求分析、設計以達到最終功能的設計與應用;赪EB的山東英才學院開放式實驗室管理系統(tǒng)開發(fā)環(huán)境為Visual Studio 2008,模式為B/S。應用ASP.NET2.0技術開發(fā)動態(tài)Web頁,后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫為Microsoft公司的SQL Server 2005,并采用ADO.NET技術連接前端應用程序與后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫。該系統(tǒng)操作簡單、使用方便,具有很強的可靠性、安全性和擴展性,該系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn)提升了實驗室的管理水平、改變了實驗室的管理模式,并能夠在很大程度上解決傳統(tǒng)軟件或手工管理帶來的弊端,隨著實驗室管理水平的提高相應的實踐教學水平、學生學習積極性與實驗儀器設備的利用率都會有著明顯的提高與改善。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development and application of Internet, information technology and Web database, modern colleges and universities have put forward new challenges to laboratory teaching and resource management. At present, the main problems in laboratory management in colleges and universities are confusion of management procedure, low efficiency of management and backward management mode. It is urgent to introduce information technology to solve the problems existing in laboratory management. Laboratory management in colleges and universities seems to be simple, but its establishment involves many aspects of school laboratories, from administrators to teachers to students, from curriculum arrangement management to computer booking management, from equipment storage to laboratory management, and so on. Will have a great impact on the establishment of laboratory management system. Based on the concrete situation of the open laboratory management in the modern logistics practice training center of Shandong University of Excellence, this paper takes the change of the network teaching management mode of the open laboratory as the foothold and sets out from the needs of its own work. Through the user management, resource management and teaching management among the administrator users, the requirements are analyzed and designed to achieve the final function design and application. The open laboratory management system development environment of Shandong Institute of Excellence based on WEB is Visual Studio 2008, and the mode is B / S. The dynamic Web page is developed by using ASP.NET2.0 technology. The backstage database is SQL Server 2005 of Microsoft Company. ADO.NET technology is used to connect the front-end application program with the back-end database. The system is easy to operate, easy to use and has strong reliability, security and expansibility. The realization of the system improves the management level of the laboratory and changes the management mode of the laboratory. And to a large extent, it can solve the disadvantages of traditional software or manual management, with the improvement of laboratory management level, the corresponding practical teaching level, The enthusiasm of students and the utilization rate of experimental instruments will be improved obviously.
