基于人機(jī)工程學(xué)的電動(dòng)物流車駕駛室設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:隨著電動(dòng)客廂式輕卡在物流行業(yè)的發(fā)展和升級(jí),我國(guó)持續(xù)低迷的輕卡行業(yè)開(kāi)始有所回升,然而客廂式輕卡由于在電動(dòng)車行業(yè)起步較晚,仍然有很大的改進(jìn)空間。車輛人機(jī)工程學(xué)作為汽車研究領(lǐng)域的重要理論依據(jù)不斷被完善,但是在輕卡上的應(yīng)用卻相對(duì)較少?蛶捷p卡電動(dòng)物流車的主要功能是城際或城市物流運(yùn)輸,其駕駛室的人機(jī)性能對(duì)駕駛員在作業(yè)時(shí)的安全性、舒適性有著重要的影響,而駕駛室的人機(jī)工程性能對(duì)減少其中的安全隱患、避免駕駛過(guò)程中安全事故的發(fā)生、提高駕駛員安全性和舒適性都有著至關(guān)重要作用。本文所研究的課題來(lái)源于某重型汽車公司與校方合作的創(chuàng)新中心,以車輛人機(jī)工程學(xué)的理論作為指導(dǎo),在該公司開(kāi)發(fā)的新能源城市物流車尺寸的基礎(chǔ)上,采用實(shí)測(cè)法、模擬法、分析法和調(diào)查研究法等車輛人機(jī)工程學(xué)中的常用研究方法,對(duì)電動(dòng)物流車的駕駛室內(nèi)飾進(jìn)行了較為全面的研究,最終完成了客廂式輕卡電動(dòng)物流車的駕駛室內(nèi)飾設(shè)計(jì)。本文主要完成的工作如下:(1)在國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB/T 10000中提供的人體尺寸數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合根據(jù)國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)ISO 3411中新舊人體數(shù)據(jù)求解人體各部位尺寸的增長(zhǎng)率,對(duì)中國(guó)成年人人體數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行修正,并將這些數(shù)據(jù)與CATIA中的原有數(shù)據(jù)相結(jié)合編寫(xiě)我國(guó)人體尺寸數(shù)據(jù)的相關(guān)文件,最終將該結(jié)果嵌入到CATIA中,生成適用于人機(jī)工程研究的人體模型。(2)以車輛人機(jī)工程學(xué)的基本知識(shí)和國(guó)內(nèi)外的相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及規(guī)定為依據(jù),系統(tǒng)地介紹B型車駕駛室的主要人機(jī)工程布置工具。(3)根據(jù)電動(dòng)物流車駕駛室的大量實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù),利用CATIA軟件中的人機(jī)工程模塊對(duì)電動(dòng)物流車的多項(xiàng)人機(jī)性能參數(shù)進(jìn)行仿真和分析校核,發(fā)現(xiàn)電動(dòng)物流車駕駛室中人機(jī)工程性能不足的地方,為以后的改進(jìn)提供方向。(4)以用戶需求為出發(fā)點(diǎn),對(duì)電動(dòng)車儀表盤(pán)進(jìn)行較為系統(tǒng)的研究,根據(jù)電動(dòng)車儀表盤(pán)的特點(diǎn)和電動(dòng)物流車的風(fēng)格定位確定電動(dòng)物流車儀表盤(pán)的圖形設(shè)計(jì)方案。(5)以感性工學(xué)和數(shù)量化Ⅰ類理論作為理論依據(jù),建立電動(dòng)車儀表盤(pán)的情感預(yù)測(cè)模型,為電動(dòng)車的風(fēng)格化設(shè)計(jì)提供幫助,為儀表盤(pán)的情感語(yǔ)義預(yù)測(cè)和產(chǎn)品風(fēng)格與目標(biāo)用戶人群的定位提供參考。(6)在某品牌新能源城市物流車尺寸和人機(jī)性能分析校核的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合輕卡駕駛室內(nèi)飾的相關(guān)知識(shí),完成輕卡電動(dòng)物流車的內(nèi)飾設(shè)計(jì)方案。綜上所述,本文以人機(jī)工程學(xué)為理論依據(jù),借助駕駛室主要布置工具的相關(guān)知識(shí)和CATIA軟件的人機(jī)工程模塊對(duì)客廂式輕卡電動(dòng)物流車的駕駛室進(jìn)行分析和研究校核,并提出改進(jìn)思路,建立電動(dòng)車儀表盤(pán)的情感預(yù)測(cè)模型,最終完成了電動(dòng)物流車駕駛室的內(nèi)飾設(shè)計(jì)方案,對(duì)提高駕駛室的舒適度和滿足用戶的情感化需求有著指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:With the development and upgrade of electric passenger light truck in the logistics industry, the light truck industry in our country began to pick up. However, due to the late start in the electric car industry, there is still a lot of room for improvement. Vehicle ergonomics as an important theoretical basis in the field of automotive research has been constantly improved, but the application in light truck is relatively small. The main function of the passenger light truck electric logistics vehicle is intercity or urban logistics transportation. The man-machine performance of the cab has an important influence on the safety and comfort of the driver in the operation. The ergonomic performance of the cab plays an important role in reducing the hidden dangers of safety avoiding the occurrence of safety accidents during driving and improving the safety and comfort of drivers. Based on the theory of vehicle ergonomics and the size of logistics vehicle in the new energy city developed by the company, the method of actual measurement and simulation is used to study the subject of this paper, which comes from the innovation center of a heavy-duty automobile company cooperating with the school, and takes the theory of vehicle ergonomics as the guide. The common research methods of vehicle ergonomics, such as analytical method and investigation and research method, have carried on the comparatively comprehensive research to the electric logistics vehicle's cab interior decoration, and finally completed the cab interior design of the passenger light truck electric logistics vehicle. The main work of this paper is as follows: (1) on the basis of the human body size data provided in GB/T 10000, the growth rate of human body size is calculated according to the new and old human body data of international standard ISO 3411. The Chinese adult human body data are revised, and the data are combined with the original data in CATIA to compile the relevant documents of the human body size data in China. Finally, the results are embedded in the CATIA. To generate a human body model suitable for ergonomics research. (2) based on the basic knowledge of ergonomics of vehicles and related standards and regulations at home and abroad, This paper systematically introduces the main ergonomics layout tools of the cab of the B type vehicle. (3) according to a large number of measured data of the cab of the electric logistics vehicle, The ergonomics module of CATIA software is used to simulate and analyze and check several man-machine performance parameters of electric logistics vehicle, and it is found that the ergonomics performance is insufficient in the cab of electric logistics vehicle. To provide direction for future improvement. (4) based on the user needs, a more systematic study on the electric vehicle dashboard is carried out. According to the characteristics of electric vehicle dashboard and the style orientation of electric logistics vehicle, the graphic design scheme of electric logistics vehicle instrument panel is determined. (5) based on the theory of perceptual engineering and quantification class I, the emotion prediction model of electric vehicle instrument panel is established. It provides a reference for the stylized design of electric vehicles and for the prediction of the emotional semantics of the dashboard and the positioning of product style and target users. (6) based on the analysis and verification of the size and man-machine performance of a brand new energy city logistics vehicle, Combine the knowledge of light truck cab interior, finish the interior design of light truck electric logistics vehicle. In conclusion, based on the theory of ergonomics, with the help of the knowledge of the main layout tools of cab and the ergonomics module of CATIA software, this paper analyzes and studies the cab of the passenger light truck electric logistics vehicle. An improved train of thought is put forward to establish the emotion prediction model of electric vehicle dashboard, and finally the interior design scheme of electric logistics vehicle cab is completed, which is of guiding significance to improve the comfort of cab and meet the emotional needs of users.
