【摘要】：隨著經濟全球化和區(qū)域一體化進程加快,整合各種運輸方式比較優(yōu)勢的多式聯運成為世界物流業(yè)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略性方向。通過概述國內外多式聯運的發(fā)展現狀,剖析當前國內多式聯運發(fā)展存在的問題,提出發(fā)展以鐵路為主多式聯運發(fā)展的對策,即暢通物流基礎設施、提高多式聯運組織協同性、發(fā)揮多式聯運綜合優(yōu)勢、共建"一體化"物流信息平臺、推進多式聯運政策法規(guī)完善,從而提升多式聯運組織效率,實現不同運輸方式順暢銜接,促進物流業(yè)降本增效。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of economic globalization and regional integration, the integration of various transport modes with comparative advantages has become a strategic direction of the development of the world logistics industry. This paper summarizes the development of multimodal transport at home and abroad, analyzes the problems existing in the development of multimodal transport at home and abroad, and puts forward the countermeasures of developing multimodal transport mainly by railway, that is, unblocking logistics infrastructure and improving the synergy of multimodal transport organization. The comprehensive advantage of multimodal transport is brought into play, the integrated logistics information platform is built together, the policies and regulations of multimodal transport are improved, the organization efficiency of multimodal transport is improved, the smooth connection of different modes of transportation is realized, and the cost reduction and efficiency increase of logistics industry is promoted.
