面向現(xiàn)代物流中心建設的貨運裝卸機械優(yōu)化配置研究
[Abstract]:At present, logistics as a "third profit source" is increasingly accepted by scholars, governments and enterprise managers. As the backbone of China's transportation, railway freight transportation plays an important role in the national economy. Looking at the history of railway development abroad, it is proved that modern logistics is an effective way for railway enterprises to achieve profit growth and enhance market competitiveness. Foreign railway enterprises have started the process of transforming to logistics service industry since 1970s, and have generally received good results. In addition, the modern logistics industry has become a new hot spot of economic development and investment in China. As an important part of logistics and railway freight transportation, loading and unloading cost occupies a large share in the whole transportation chain and is the weak link in the whole transportation chain. In the total cost of loading and unloading, the cost of handling machinery accounts for nearly half of the total cost of loading and unloading. Therefore, the status of loading and unloading machinery in the logistics industry will continue to improve, and the reasonable selection and quantity optimization of loading and unloading machinery will become an important factor to determine the efficiency of logistics operations. There are many kinds of goods transported in Kunming Railway Administration, the conditions of loading and unloading are different, and the amount of loading and unloading varies greatly. Therefore, it is necessary to compare and select various possible loading and unloading machinery configuration schemes, and select the best scheme. Taking Kunming Railway Bureau as the main background, this paper first investigates the present situation of freight loading and unloading operation of Kunming Railway Administration, and combines with the new requirements of modern logistics development for loading and unloading operations, and forecasts the demand of freight loading and unloading operation of Kunming Railway Administration. To find out the Kunming Railway Administration loading and unloading machinery configuration problems. Then, the configuration system and application scheme of loading and unloading machinery of Kunming Railway Bureau are constructed by using the method of selection and quantity optimization of railway freight loading and unloading machinery, mainly including the configuration scheme of typical station and typical cargo. And put forward the scientific management measures of loading and unloading machinery. Finally, the information and intelligent configuration scheme of loading and unloading machinery of Kunming Railway Bureau is planned, and the comprehensive development and analysis of freight handling machinery of Kunming Railway Bureau are carried out, including specialization, standardization, energy saving and environmental protection, maintenance and application. Deployment of support and emergency response.
